The Bravas team - Travis and Jordan - were very professional and responsive, and provided an excellent sound solution for our home. The install team - Devon and Mike - were always on time and did a fantastic and thorough job. We appreciated their hard work and quality focus throughout the project!

We have been with this company for the past 7 years, starting back when they were RSI. They have been nothing but EXCELLENT when it comes to customer service and responsiveness. They are extremely knowledgeable in correcting glitches that can be inherent in any home automation system. Lately we have been fortunate to have TREVOR working with us. He goes above and beyond explaining a problem and how he fixed it. He makes sure everything is operating appropriately before leaving. He is highly intelligent, highly professional, and takes his time to make sure the job gets done correctly. Other staff are quick to trouble shoot over the phone. Kyle even spent over an hour with me on facetime going through the system after a lightning strike. Everyone we have worked with at this company has been wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Kyle and his team at Bravas installed a wonderful Control4 system in my home a couple of years back. This morning at 5:30AM I got a new phone and was unable to connect my new phone to my system. Within 10 minutes of receiving my email Kyle was on the spot to provide the password for the system that they installed and troubleshoot my situation. I couldn't imagine any better service than I have received from start to finish of my Bravas tech system. Thank you!Services: Tv wall mounting

We went to this location looking for help with an automation project based on the prior review of 4.8 seen in Google. I have lots of experience with projects as I have done many and this initial encounter was anything but 4.8 star service. This project was going to be out-of-town and so wanted to see fabric choices for a motorized Lutron shade system we were putting in. We were told that we couldn't look at any samples because since they were not going to be doing the project, it "costs them money" for the samples even though we were not interested in taking any, just looking. We were also told that we could set up an appointment with a sales person on another day. At that point, it was clear that the guy was not interested in helping at all. I'm glad he didn't try to charge me to use the restroom. From a business standpoint, not a smart move because even though this project was out-of-town, we live locally and will be doing more projects in the future on our own house here in town. After this initial interaction, certainly can NOT recommend this place and would go with a more established place like Listen Up which has a very professional staff and front office who are happy to help even not purchasing anything. The only reason we went to this location was because ListenUp did not have the particular Lutron fabric selection book today we wanted to see as it was with another customer and we wanted to order shades for our project and wife wanted to personally see the sample rather than rely on an online picture. We went to Digital Media Innovations after our terrible experience here and even though they were in the process of moving to a new location (expanding because they outgrew their old location), the people were very happy to help even though it was close to the end of the day. No wonder DMI is expanding as the people they have working there want to help you! This was exactly OPPOSITE of the horrible initial customer service experience we got with Bravas which sends the message that if you aren't ready to spend money with them, they are not going to lift a finger to help you with a project. While they may have great people who can design and install and do other aspects of a project, their initial front desk people who you will initially interact with are not. The same guy who said he would have a sales rep call earlier in the day, never followed through and I never got a call hours after that initial phone call. It was one of the reasons we came to the store as well since we were not getting a call back...turned out to be a waste of time. I gave a rating of 2 stars instead of one because after driving all the way to get there, he at least let me use the restroom without trying to charge me for it. Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware). I rarely leave bad reviews but am doing so hoping that the owner(s) can be made aware of what is going on in the front office. I am sure this is probably a good company but initial impressions are everything and this certainly was not a favorable initial impression.

Unparalleled Service and Exceeding Expectations are accurate assessments for Bravas, Colorado. We are new to the Denver area and needed audio/visual systems and security cameras installed. We contacted Bravas and could not be more pleased with the outcome. The entire Bravas team including sales, project management, installation and follow-up was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and through.

Highly recommend Residential Systems! They donated a Frame TV to my son's school auction along with installation. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and the install was flawless!

I just had Travis and Ty out to fix my Savant system and install a TV. They were smart, prompt and courteous and fixed everything quickly. I would highly recommend Residential Systems.

I don’t do these reviews very often, but recognizing excellence is important. Will, Big Mike, Little Mike, and Xavier have been absolutely phenomenal. They help me work through the details of every project, and my kids adore them! Having them come to our home has truly been a gift. It’s great to have a project completed, it’s even better to have someone give of their patience to work with your kids. Awesome guys!

Will has been the most helpful, personable, and kind contractor I have every worked with. Every time he comes over, the whole family is excited to see him and we all feel comfortable with him around, and we know it will get fixed right the first time! Hire more people like Will!

My design consultant was so supportive during our first meeting. He listened to all the things I wanted to do with the space and made some really cleaver suggestions to tie everything together. He came in on time and on budget. Couldn't be happier!

I'm appalled by this company. I have been debating on to write this or not but here is why I decided. It wasn't for the fact that light switches the subcontracted out was poor, Tyler and I originally set up how I want my lights someone decided when he was programming to change it, I was told I needed Alexa and dots for accesiblity from my original sales man than second sales man said he would check into he never did so bought them for nothing, was told I needed an iPhone by original sales man that was also not true so unlike what my sales man and Tyler said they would credit for the fact the phone was bought for that reason they are going to mail it back... that makes no sense. Here is what really gets me after explaining my concerns and desires I kept hearing from Tyler "other customers ", they where asked to leave when that phrase kept repeating itself and they wonder why I did an 180 on them. It wasn't tell I originally placed a one star for them did they reach out to fix that rating.. anyone if ask can come to my house and see the work that was done and base the "made up" stuff on your own.

Long time customer of RSI. Had a small emergency when I changed my wifi router to new google wifi mesh system. I could no longer connect to alarm system or climate controls on ipad app. I called RSI and spoke with Brian and explained the problem. He had Dave, their IT expert, call me when he was free. Dave was great and helped walk me through changing the IP address of my system and system app to the new wifi IP address. This we were able to do over the phone using the alarm keypad and the app settings on the ipad. Problem solved in less than 10 minutes! You won't be sorry if you chose this company for home automation, home security or home theater equipment.

Residential Systems Inc in Denver installed our home theater / home cinema earlier this year for the Superbowl. Not only were 100% attentive to our needs, they were mindful of our goals, budget and timeframe (it was a rush job). Not only were able to complete the job ahead of schedule, it came in just under the price quoted. Outstanding quality and attention to detail. If you ever need a home cinema, high end home audio, or any type of smart home automation, these guys have been doing it forever and their work speaks for itself. Thank you Travis and RSI team
