Some aspects better than TJ, some not- in general it is cheaper priced than TJ, Home Goods, Marshall's-- even for the exact same thing I bought a 48 pack of King markers at TJ Maxx only to walk into Ross and find the little exact same pack for I think three dollars less. Hit or miss like all of them changes day to day, visit to visit.

Please check your receipts, you could have be charged twice for one item , yes, it gets hectic during the holidays… but that could mean we don’t check receipts… if it wasn’t because I had to return something I wouldn’t have noticed it.

One person working register Saturday mid-day during Christmas season. 20 people in line and other employees were just standing around. Waited forever to check out. Support your workforce and schedule more people!

I usually was able to find a lot of quality items at the Ross off of the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver, but was highly disappointed at this location. Much of the clothes had little choice in my size range (due to having been heavily picked over). It wasn’t at a peak buying time, either, which would make the situation more understandable.
They also have closed the fitting rooms and replaced them with a two-person fabricated set up right near the entrance doors up front. It made me uncomfortable as I felt rushed and was being watched by everyone at the jewelry counter and up front when I both entered and exited. I know that retail theft has gotten out of hand recently, and I don’t know what the solution is myself, but certainly there could be a better one?

We always feel like we made it out like bandits, haha. We really enjoyed this store tonight. It's very clean. The cashier was most pleasant! We found blankets for only $9.99. Awesome.
