I really enjoyed my stylist, we had good conversations at my appointment. I was really looking forward to it. I’ve been going through a hard time in my life and I needed something to lift my spirits. I thought with the picture I showed her of the highlights I wanted for summer my message was clear. But it definitely was not!
It’s actually darker now than when I went in and the grey in the front is still there along with chocolate bangs. I was shocked when I first saw it afterwards and thought maybe it’s the lighting and praying it will be lighter when I went outside but it wasn’t. I don’t understand how my request was so misunderstood. So.. 200+ dollars lost and a lot of tears later I say it is what it is and I will never go back to the person who has 30 years of experience. Still sad but trying to move on.

i LOVE modefi and recommend it to anybody who asks where i go. my stylist in particular, jazlynn, has always had me and my friends leaving with exactly what we had in mind. she has given me curly cuts, pink and blond stripes, bangs, and every time they’re more than perfect. book with jazlynn at modefi!!

I got a haircut here recently and wasn’t thrilled with the results. I sent them a message and they offered to have a more senior stylist check things out. Jessica helped me get things more evened out. While I didn’t love the truth bombs about how damaged my hair is and how my color is terrible, I appreciated them trying to fix the original problem.
Really good customer service and I appreciate them trying to make their customers happy

I’ll start by saying I am not the type of person who researches hairstylist. So I went in blind. I was booked with Jessica, and wow! She really did an amazing job. She was friendly and easy going. I came in and gave her the a quick rundown of the jist of what I wanted. But ultimately told her can you just make me look hot. Boy did she deliver!! I absolutely love my hair and the best part I didn’t have to make the decision. She knew what would look good and did it. As a mom I truly enjoyed that. I definitely will be back. Also I want to mention a full balayage and cut was priced so well! Thank you Jessica!

I got a haircut with Jordan, and she was so friendly and attentive. She was very gentle when brushing my long hair. She helped me preserve as much length as possible while getting rid of my split ends. Customer service here is fantastic overall. Highly recommend booking with Jordan!

This salon not recommended. I work during the day, so booked my Saturday appointments 6 weeks in advance. Twice in a row they canceled on me at the last minute and tried to give me another stylist during the week when they know I can't come. Terrible customer service, clearly they did not value my business.
Review edit - replying to the owners response - thanks for the reply, and maybe Heaven no longer wanted me as a customer, but I don't believe I was rude to her and I have a problem with my hands that prevents me from snapping my fingers! Possibly confused me with another client. And while you have every right to fire me as a client for whatever reason you choose, more than a 2-hour notice would have been nice.

The salon is simply wonderful! They are so friendly and accommodating and every stylist is amazing. I travel up from New Mexico and they always find a way to get me in with one of their professionals. I have had the best color and cuts! The last time I came up, my scheduled stylist was ill and they were able to squeeze me into a very busy day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. It's worth the four hour drive-- every time!

Disappointing first and last visit to Modefi. When I left the salon I was happy with my hair cut, it looked great. Once I was home and really able to look at it, I was quickly disappointed. If I had gone to Great Clips, or Sport Cuts, something like that. I might not have been so surprised. When I spend $45 on a hair cut at a place like this however, I shouldn't have to come home and trim around my ears, which is what I had to do because of how much was missed. Worse than that, the blending done between the sides/back of my hair and the top of my hair was really poorly done. Its such a distinctive line around my head it almost looks like a bowl cut. Now I will have to go to another place asap to fix that. Was hoping to find a hair salon that I would want to go to again and again, but unfortunately that is not the case. Won't be returning here.

Kami Hagen is THE BEST hair stylist!! Before I moved from Colorado, she'd been doing my hair for over 10 years, never had a bad cut and LOVED the way she'd style my hair. It has not been easy finding someone who is up to her caliber.

I have been seeing Kami for my hair close to 20 years! She is such a great reliable hairstylist that I have recommended her to many friends that are now regulars as well. Kami respects her clients time and is always working efficiently while not rushing you out of her chair. I will truly never go to anyone else.

Kami is the best! Before coming to her, I had never colored my hair. She has done such a fabulous job over years and really listens to what you want out of a color, cut and style. I could not recommend her enough!
