We just got the membership and trying to figure out why we applied online but paid the full price while there is online deal of 50% off till end of this month. And this person who helped us after 20 minutes waiting was extremely rude, So we asked her name, not only she refused to tell us but also she acted so crazy towards me and looks like her hand almost hit on me, on top of that she's threatening to call security on me while I'm just trying to figure the issues. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Yesterday I went in to grab 2 or 3 things with my two toddlers which lead into me grabbing a few more items. I know my phone was about to die but I tried to do the scan and go for the instant saving because it was going to save me about $20. I got to the check out line scanned all my items and of course my phone died. I went to the customer service to see it'll they had a charger I could use for a few minutes and told her what just happened. The older lady at the customer service was very dismissive and said there isn't anything she could do and her response was to go across the street to AT&T for a charger and them come back. I said there isn't anything you can do and she said no just take you cart over yo the check out and leave it there, one of the cashiers will take care of it. I left and went to a lane and pushed the assistance button and Pat came over after their morning meeting. I repeated my story and she walked me over to a charging station . I mean what a sigh of relief to find an employee who made an effort to help me spend $250. I charge my phone to 8% to finish checking out. I finally make it through the line and the scanner wouldn't scan the QR code because my phones brightness was to dim. She proceeds to say, "I can't leave until I scan your items and asks why didn't you charge your phone last night?" BECAUSE KAREN I fell asleep! I didn't know it was going to be a lifeline to escape Sam's club in the morning. Such a roller coaster of great and dismissive employees.

I’ve been shopping at Sam’s Club for over 20 years at the Littleton location. Seen employees come and go, management come and go, but this particular employee I have seen/heard be rude to multiple customers and employees. Every time I seen her at checkout i rather stand in an extra long line than deal with her rudeness and look giving. The other day when I went to Sam’s for a few household items and I overheard one of the mangers Pat or Pam telling an employee that he should work harder and compare him to other employees. (I am assuming from the name dropping.) The gentleman couldn't be any older than 65/70. When I went to intervene she told me to mind my business. Regardless of any situation, business should be handled behind closed doors with other management and not in front of customers. From the conversation she seemed very comfortable telling him off, probably not her first time yelling at her subordinates. Terrible leadership skills and customer service!!!!

Omg! Find the free sample machine in the frozen section! Also use your scan and go in the app.! They have the best meat too! Hot pizza for $9! Pops are .89 and dessert frozen yogurt under $2! You can use your Walmart or Sam's card for purchasing. Best store ever!

I was a Costco customer up until about 2 months ago when my daughter suggested I check out Sam’s. I was skeptical at first, but I quickly learned why my daughter was so impressed.The staff at Sam’s is amazing and in the short few weeks I have been shopping there I have come to personally know Sandy and Amy and think of them as my friends rather than store associates.Sandy is also in charge of providing charitable donations to non-profits working in the community. Not only did she help me get our charity a tax-free account, but she also arranged to provide free bottled water and cups to a fundraiser we were having that weekend!Last week Sandy called me to tell me she had a donation for our club and I was given a $50 gift card to help buy food for our Friday Food Bag program at a local grade school!On behalf of the Rotary Club of Littleton, I just wanted to say thank you!

The employees are the best. I got a lot of help. It was our first time in this location and it was confusing. It's really nothing like the one I'm used to going to. I was wondering all over looking for stuff. The staff is great, but product placement needs work

SC is awesome! I've been a member here for a while, and maybe, only had 1-2 bad experiences. They surveyed me, and I asked for more organic products, next, thing I know they had a bunch. The people working here are much happier then Costco. If I had to choose, it's Sam's Club all day, plus they gave me credit I can use at Walmart. So, I never have to pay for anything that day. Also, if you like all beef Hot Dogs. they just offered members a lower price with drink! They get a a lot of business in the area.

Just had 4 tires mounted and balanced, at the this tire shop and they did a great job. Friendly, polite, professional and went above and beyond. They found that one of my rims was out of round and said they would balance it out as best they could, but there may still be a slight shake. On the drive home, it was rock steady.Excellent job! Thank you!!Other considerations.I had a 2pm appointment, and did not wait at all, they were ready for me.Best deal on tires in town right now - 4 GOODYEAR Wrangler Workhorse HT - 265/75R16, mount and balance $633.15The price and availability beat any other local option in my areaThe only thing that could have made things better, is if they had chairs in tire shop area. Especially for those who are just coming in for an auto appointment.

Always clean and much less busy than Costco which I like a lot. They are also open later which I appreciate. The employees are friendly and helpful. I always buy more than I went in for which sucks because, well, money ;)

The young lady that works in the cafe is AMAZING. Sorry, i didn't get her name, but today, Saturday, Aug 12th, its 5pm, she is working alone but she is so polite and patient. She is a keeper?

It's Monday and my tires were supposed to take 2 if 3 days, but that was a wek ago. Some things I need to do for work are on hold until they get that done.If you want to check on your tires, you have to drive there. Otherwise, good luck getting a straight answer from the guys in the tire shop... they don't answer their phone. I had to get through after calling and being transferred from the bakery which was successful one out of two times. Sometimes you don't get a busy signal telling you they can't answer and instead get a call center where they set up an appointment you are turned away drom because they still don't have the tires even though the computer said they did. They don't even carry some of the common sizes, so it has to be ordered, but apparently 2-3 days means a week and they still haven't called like they said they would. At this point, I am considering just ditching the order and paying more just to get the thing done somewhere that can do it. If you want to talk to them, get on your old tires and repeatedly drive down there so they can repeatedly tell you nothing has changed. Fascinating. I am not happy about their level of service in the tire department. So inconvenient.

Great. One of the nicer clubs, you can tell why they won some awards! Very clean and organized, kind staff, and easy in-and-out. Cafe seems to be understaffed at times but that's not a deal breaker.

So be careful not to fall in store,I was blamed for flying up in the air and falling to the ground w. Shopping cart on top of my shins, I still am in pain and sore and then they blamed me for there incompetence.. what ever happened to customers are king.i just went for groceries, what ever happened to compassion.
