I went in to take care of a couple basic banking needs . I was working with Matthew Lopez and I decided to take care of questions I had regarding a loan . Mathew was able to handle everything I needed and helped me streamline my finances to a much better banking scenario! I can’t tell you how much of a help today was in banking with Security Service and having Mathew handle it all! He’s definitely a knowledgeable banker . Truly grateful for the experience I had ! Staff all so friendly and waiting to help with a smile . Five star location! Thank you Mathew Lopez.

I am in an ongoing fraud situation right now and their team helped me so much. I was so panicked yesterday and I can’t explain how much ALL of them helped me. I am terrible with names but there was literally 4 or 5 people yesterday who helped and comforted me. I set up 2 accounts and they were very thorough. Big thanks to Juan and Merissa!!!

Having many accounts, a solid credit union is necessary. Even though I moved away from this side of town, I still return and use this bank weekly. Marisa has always been beyond helpful- Great staff. Great people. Great bank.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been a member at SSFCU, Littleton Branch, for 25 years. All my interactions have been positive, efficient and met with kindness and a smile. I have to do a massive shout out to JUAN and MARISA for going ABOVE and BEYOND to help me today. I needed a new bank card and recieved one right at closing (on a Saturday). I attempted to activate card while still in parking lot and had issues. I went back to entrance and they were closing/door locked and they gladly welcomed me back in and helped me figure out my situation/issued another card and had me activate before leaving to make sure it would work for me. Juan and Marisa were so very kind and patient with me, even after working on a Saturday and they had technically closed. I have always had great customer service with SSFCU but this was so very helpful because my daughter is graduating high school in less than 2 weeks and I could not be without a working bank card this weekend especially!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JUAN AND MARISA, you have no idea just how much your service helped me!!!

We've been dealing with the loss of a family member on top of having to settle an estate. Tangie was incredibly helpful with the entire process. Her kindness and patience was so appreciated. We've been at SSFCU for 15 years and they've never disappointed.
