She will walk you through what shades are best for you, what skincare to use, how to use the products, & she gives you all kinds of tips & shows you what would be best for your skin & what would make your facial features pop. I recommend going to this Sephora & Evette is a really good worker at this Sephora. She offers the best customer service & tells you the cheaper options for expensive products.

I love Sephora but will never shop at a Kohl’s Sephora again (especially this one).Bought an expensive serum that is clear in the ad pictures but mine had turned dark orange and was chunky. I attempted to return or exchange it at this location because after spending thousands of dollars at Sephora over the years I knew they had fantastic customer service. Instead, I was told they will not honor the proof of purchase from my rewards account (which normal Sephora’s do) and to just use the product.Don’t shop here, they do not have the same customer service policy as legit Sephora locations.

If you bought something at other Sephore they will NOT take it back. Bad business model

The sales girls were awesome and so friendly and helpful with my purchases today.I’ll definitely come back to shop again.
