Had an unpleasant interaction with Gianna, I came in to process a return. The reason for return was because I had purchased my items literally a day before the store wide sale. First I asked if I could just get a credit and she said no. So then I asked for a return. When I mentioned buying the items again at discount she immediately got defensive and told me she wouldn’t be able to process the return for that reason and would have to double check with her manager. I understand protocol and that she needed to check so she wouldn’t get in trouble-that’s fine. But upon her return with the manager who said my return was fine, she wouldn’t even look at me, stopped responding to anything I said (mind you I was being polite, I’ve worked in customer service and I hate being a ‘problematic’ customer. I was saying sorry the whole time and please and thank you but she kept ignoring me. She also started complaining that the entire bottle would be wasted because they throw away returned items. So rude for no reason, sorry I wanted to save a little money in this economy but there’s bigger problems to worry about than processing someone’s return in my opinion. I’ve been coming to this Sephora for years but I think I’ll switch to ulta from this interaction.

?…. I put an order something online as a pickup because I didn’t have my gift card with me that I wanted to use, but I was able to use it online. I was already inside Sephora and I asked around to see if I can pick it up right away since I’m obviously not going to stay inside Sephora for 2 hours. And I only needed one thing. This they cannot even do…. They don’t even want to do it as a conveniency for the customer and expects me to wait for 2 hours for one thing.
As a person that works at a beauty department, I can happily say that my service to customers is so much better than the girls that works there. No knowledge of what is above and beyond. There is always a way to make adjustments through the system. But I was told “no”. They did not even lead me to a manager.

Over Christmas time, Raquel helped me find a great eyeshadow primer. However, the line was out the door so I left and bought it online. Thank you Raquel! Sorry this is so late!!

I've used the same shampoo from them since I moved from Virginia to Colorado and the humidity changes have wreaked havoc on my hair. It's pricy but my hair is short so it lasts a long time. This time the bottle in front had been opened and used so I grabbed a fresh bottle behind it, but I don't blame the employees for it, I've heard about the kids in the store and there were definitely more kid and tween shoppers there.

I shopped today for Paula products. I was greeted at the door by a beautiful employee that have amazing customer service. Shared where to find my product, after finding my product I went to look for the tester and the lid was not on so it fell and broke and splattered everywhere on the ground. I saw an employee nearby found out his name was Chris and he gave some amazing suggestions on the product, and also was so kind to not embarrass me by the cleanup. I will definitely be back! Chris is amazing!! A+!! I was also able to pick up a sample with points and my birthday gift.

If I could give this Sephora ZERO stars I would. It’s very crowded and the aisles are narrow. Employees for some reason clocked me and my little niece and was following us everywhere at the store, very uncomfortable experience. I have a tiny crossbody bag ( like a Lululemon mini belt bag tiny) and would not consider myself as someone that would be suspicious. Also, they selectively got us out of the line to check us out separately from the general public. Meanwhile, Im a Rouge member and a professional makeup artist. Please learn to profile people more discreetly because as a loyal Sephora customer who knows my way around these brands I felt disrespected.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location like the plague if you are an adult seeking a normal shopping experience. On Sunday, March 3, I witnessed a large puppy defecate in the store and heard three teenage boys laugh and discuss whether to just leave the poop. The store was overrun with tweens and teens, and the employees, for the most part, apathetically stood by watching the chaos unfold. I told an employee about the dog poop, and she did not acknowledge me. I should have known a mall Sephora would have some kids left to their own devices after having been dropped off at the mall, but never in my wildest dreams would I have thought the store would be in such disarray. Drinks were spilled on the floor, trash cans were overflowing with garbage. And the dog poop… It honestly was a total mess. I generally shop at my neighborhood stand alone Sephora, and will do so from here on out.

I showed up for an instacart order and had no idea where to start. I was immediately helped out by a friendly gentleman on the floor and had my items in less than a minute!!

A super packed store, and isles getting smaller thanks to the extra displays. A metal drawer was sticking out under a make up display, and I was lucky enough to walk into it. Now I have a 5 inch wound down my leg and bloody. All the employee said was "oh that sucks." Thanks.

Large store, with large selection of products. However, do not go there after Xmas, it's crowded and store employees appear overworked and grumpy. Definitely not a pleasant shopping experience. Order online instead.

I have never met an associate in any makeup store that was as knowledgeable and nice as Michelle T. was. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and knew the science behind what she was talking about. It was so impressive. I will definitely be going back to see her when I need new recommendations.

I needed to get a foundation match and Emily H was so helpful! Not only did she match me for a great foundation but she also walked me through her whole foundation routine to make it easier for me to try it out on myself! She made me more confident to try out different makeup techniques! I will only shop at this Sephora from here on out and hope Emily is there to help me everytime!

Everyone here is sweet, kind and very attentive. And a little too attentive. I am a frequent shopper at this Sephora specifically and I am a Rouge member. However every time I come in here I am chased down and get asked for help every 5 seconds. I know it’s their job to ask if you need help, but I probably get asked close to 10-15 times every time I am in the store. I stroll Sephora for any new drops, anything that might peak my eye or just to stop in to see what I can treat myself with for the weekend. But every time I am here, I am bombarded. Whoever is the manager of this store, please tell your employees to chill out. Not sure if it’s a pressure for sales, but it’s getting very annoying and makes me feel very uncomfortable. This sephora seems like a very popular one, and does absolutely not seem like they are struggling at all. I wish this sephora carried brands like Gucci, Westman, and Georgio Armani. So many other stores carry it, why can’t we stock a super popular store with these brands? All aside, I think I’m going to take a break from here. Every other Sephora I am in I am greeted once and left ALONE.
