BEST Sephora location. I am so impressed with the experience I had here. Sara was extremely helpful and kind and assisted me in finding the right shade of lip liner and teaching me how to apply; she also helped me pick out the right shades of eyeshadow when I was clueless. Axle was incredible and helped me find the perfect concealer and was so nice and patient with all my questions. Lauryn provided me with an awesome eye makeup tutorial and is an incredible makeup artist who made my eyes look AWESOME. My visit to Sephora today was outstanding and I couldn't be happier. Shopping for makeup has never been as fun and pleasant as it was today. THANK YOU EVERYONE ♥︎

Went in for a makeup lesson/tutorial as an early transitioning trans person, and Monique was my make up artist. She was fantastic teaching me general techniques and showing me assorted products. The general environment was non judgemental. Would recommend for any trans femmes or non conforming folks.

This is my favorite location they're always so nice and quick and my in store picks ups are fast too, they help with recommendations. I love it!

Every time I come to this store I seem to have an issue, or an employee can’t answer my question, or they recommend a product that’s out of stock, or they refuse to exchange something for me. So I’m finally done. If I need something I’ll just order it online.

Normally while at Sephora it feels like you get quite a bit of attention from the employees (I think to make sure you aren’t stealing). Everyone normally greets you and it seems like every employee is around to see if you need help with anything. Last week when I was in there I was ignored by most employees (besides one). When I entered the store no one greeted me but when other customers entered they were immediately warmly greeted and asked if they needed assistance. And when I was browsing through the store I didn’t have anyone greet me until about 20 minutes of shopping. I think maybe it was because I wasn’t wearing any makeup or dressed too casually? Still made me feel like I shouldn’t be shopping there or that I don’t belong there. Really strange experience.

I have to say Trin (my apologies if I misspelled your name) was so sweet and helpful that I was only nervous for about 5 seconds. Helped me find what I need and made sure colors matched. I just love this location. I love Sephora in general but I especially love this one and I’m so glad I live close by. Everyone is always super helpful but Liz is the greatest employee there. She made it a point to chat with my 6 year old about life in general and the spa party she had attended before I made her wander the store for my needs. She also let us know that they do birthday parties there too now! Liz made sure we got everything we needed and was incredibly kind, little did she know I was wildly overwhelmed and her conversation with us put me at ease. I will continue to go to this location because of the staff but especially because of Liz and her kind smile.

Been shopping at this location since it opened, for how small it is it has such a good selection! Every time I’ve shopped here in the last year and a half I’ve felt like I’ve been under the watchful eye of employees - okay sure, theft prevention is part of the job - but this was it for me. I was actually followed around the store this time very obviously by the plainclothes manager. Was it the tattoos? The fact I was dressed for a hike? That I don’t look like normal clientele of this area? Honestly so unnerving and uncomfortable. Would really advise anyone who doesn’t fit the straight size, white picket fence mold to shop at another location. Cherry Creek from here on out.

Angie helped me pick out hair products on Saturday, 03/30, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The woman who processed my purchase was also really wonderful. My experience here was great!
