Being a longtime commercial Sherwin-Williams customer, I would like to say that my experience with this store, and this particular store manager is an isolated incident but I feel that it needs to be heard by the community and buyers beware.After confirming with several other locations that I would be able to bring a 5 gallon bucket of paint into any store to attempt to retint it the manager at this Littleton location, Ray Thomas let me explain the situation to him briefly in person before he cut me off by saying that he could not touch my bucket and that I had to take it to that other location clear across town. After I asked him to explain why every other store is willing to provide this service why he was turning me away, he very snuggly refused to give me an explanation and just flat out told me that he was not going to touch my product. I then asked him for his supervisors phone number he said that he was as high up management as it got, and would not give me any sort of contact information, I reached out to Sherwin-Williams customer service phone number found on line and left an account with the district manager, and I hope to hear back from him or her ASAP about this matter because it is flat out unacceptable for whatever reason refuse services to a longtime customer such as myself.The store manager at this Littleton location Ray Thomas continued, then to treat me in an extremely condescending and patronizing and disrespectful sort of way and I really hope to bring this to his attention.Thank you.

The manager Ray is fantastic! Super helpful, very knowledgeable, and so kind. He helped me figure out what finish would be best for my project and made sure I had all the correct tools needed to get it done. Definitely will be returning when I get to my next painting project!

Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

This place is awesome. I mean knock it out of the ballpark they do. Their color match is phenomenal and the young lady helping me out behind the counter she was amazing.

Only going here for touch up paint.Unfortunately, they never seem to have the base my builder used and check out is usually pretty painful. At least I wasn't sent to another store this time!

They would not return a paint that they mixed incorrectly. Due to it being past the 30 day return policy. Not driving it isn't possibly to make it to them without having other business in the area. It is not stated on the receipt their policy. Only on a sign at register that stated every product was guaranteed. The policy stated was in regard to special orders. I would avoid shopping here.

Excellent service! Was looking for a very specific paint made for Anderson Windows. The gal I spoke to on the phone who helped me place my order as well as the man my who helped my husband at pick up we’re both very helpful! Would shop here again!

I called and spoke to the manager and she said they will take 5 gallons for disposal per person per day. The very unfriendly employee was quick to correct his manager and denied us with our two five gallon buckets and was very rude in the process. He yells "Damn her" was his exact words. This guy is not fit for customer service. Needless to say we will never step foot in this store again and maybe any Sherman Williams for that matter.
