David was exceptionally helpful with finding us the right unit for our items. The original unit was too narrow and David showed us different options. He was outside in the cold with us and answered all of our questions. The process was super easy and well explained.

I've used this for 4 months and they have been great and helpful. And they are very considerate when you're in a pickle so as example when my bank canceled my card and then sent me a new one and it I got lost in the mail and then they sent it and took a total of of 4-5 weeks I was a bit behind for one month. And on top of that I don't make a whole lot because I'm just on SSI. But they are very friendly caring considerate people to work with that if you need to store your stuff for however long it is a great place to consider. They have different sizes at great reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

David was incredibly helpful. The price of the unit is the best I've seen, or rented. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service I received. Highly recommend over any other overpriced storage facility, with the level of care they have for not only the property and your belongings, but the wonderful direct customer service.

Overpriced, shitty customer service, and does not give you the correct information around move out. Got over charged and granted it was caught, it still screwed and caused me to miss bills. Bad communication, unprofessional and never anyone there to talk to.

Tami is the absolute best. She is always so friendly and sweet. Someone backed into the unit next to mine and I could get it open but I couldn’t close it. Tami came out with tools and worked with me to get it closed again. Thanks Tami!
