I used to be a fleet mechanic for one of the shops a few lots over and i would send the vehicles over here to be aligned after replacing parts since we didn’t have an alignment rack, Gary was always super polite and friendly idk how he keeps such good positive energy throughout the day, I’m only 28 and i think that guy would run circles around me he’s always so happy and energetic
In a good way!
Would recommend this shop as would anyone else that’s used their services they’re good honest people and their mechanics are aswell

My daughter's car broke down near there and i live across the country. They were more than happy to help us out and he took my card over the phone to pay for it. Answered all my questions.
Expedited and fixed it the next day. Also let her use a courtesy car to get to work in the meantime. I'm used to that with mechanics I've built relationships with but he did and didn't bat an eye. Felt like there are still good people.

I came to Swift through a recommendation from a co-worker. They replaced my spark plugs and coils as a cylinder was misfiring in my truck. As I got my vehicle back it worked for a day or two but the check engine light came back on and I had to take it back. Mike looked at the codes it was giving and realized it was a more complicated issue. Long story short, they discovered a head gasket broke so I had them replace both and the oil cooler. After the unfortunate experience Gary and Mike did a hell of a job taking the time to explain the issues and fix my vehicle. They even provided me with a "replacement" car after I told them I'd have to get a rental car. They also made the price fair as the spark plug replacement didn't initially fix the issues. I can't say enough about the professionalism, honesty, and integrity the team had at Swift. I'm happy to have found excellent mechanics to work with if my vehicle ever needs to get fixed again.
