The customer service I received from Xander was exceptional. I appreciated Xander's kindness, patience, and willingness to explain my plan in detail. Xander was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I wasn't sure what I was looking for other than an updated phone and plan that gave me the best value for my money, he figured out exactly what phone and plan I needed after asking a few questions. I found Xander to be honest and open. I entered the plan amounts into a spreadsheet when I arrived home, and they worked perfectly. I was able to do this because Xander took the time to explain each amount to me when I asked as well as how the system calculated it. It was clear to me that I was not just another customer or number to Xander. Xander, thank YOU for resolving my issue, taking the time to talk to me and educating me about my phone and plan! Talk to Xander if you are considering changing carriers. He will take care of you!

STAY AWAY!! This is a third party store and they're only looking to make as much money off of you as they can. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. We called t-mobile customer service and they said we could cancel the service and turn the phone in to t-mobile store in order to stop paying for the phone on a lease. We went into this store to turn the phone in and Xander told us that we could not turn the phone in and he told us that "there is no one left on a lease policy". He stated that we would need to pay $675 to cancel the service and pay for the phone. Customer service had just quoted that we would only pay $230 after returning the phone. Xander insisted that we had to pay the almost $700 to get out of the service. We were skeptical of what he was saying, so we went to the t-mobile at 5365 s wadsworth Blvd and had a much better experience. We were told there that everything Xander had told us was not true. They said that we were on a lease policy and could return the phone and just pay the $230 left on the bill. Terrible service. This location is only looking to take your money.

Walked in they jumped to me right away was in and out in no time. Flawless service and they hooked me right up. If another issue ever arises I will be sure to hit them up.

Trent was incredibly helpful and patient with our family. Errands are almost never easy with two kids under two, but this one was! We needed to upgrade my partner's phone and were having issues accessing my account. He was extremely knowledgeable on the "why" of it all, so we were able to get the whole thing figured out, on a Sunday too! I will be back to this store any time I need a physical storefront. Terrible customer service ! 6 people sitting around doing nothing . When a gentleman came to help me he didn't know anything about helping me up grade ! Never put my number in or attempted to get help we left and went to another store! Awful bummer we live close.

Avoid coming to this location, if possible. The disconnect between the store and corporate will leave you with a $1000 bill. This happened to both me and my fiance to the point where we had to call t mobile every single month and no one could help, especially not the store.

The kid was nice, but obviously needs better training. Spent at least 45 minutes in the store to find out they didn't have what we came for and couldn't ship it...? Plus after visiting another location found out we would have over paid by $225 because he didn't understand they promotions offered.

The staff here has always been super helpful,past and present! Today I happened to have Devon and he went above and beyond for not just me,my daughter and husband but another guest. Again the whole staff is great,I’ve worked with other people there and was always satisfied.

This store will scam you to get your business but nothing they offer is actually true. We have been waiting on a credit since October but apparently the employees Gavin and Brandon both lied to us.

We got 3 phones.The manager helped us. Awesome service until we got our bill. Told it would be $80 with discounts. It's $135Thats $55 difference.
