Bought a pack of gold fish from you guys and it is covered in mold.
You guys will not answer any of your phones.
I also just had meet delivered by your delivery service that expired in December 25th.
You guys need to get it together. You are going to get sued if you keep selling food that's expired.
Just got a yogurt also growing mold

I frequent this location weekly. I generally have a great experience but today was not so great. Patty, helped me checkout today and she was so rude. As I was pulling up a coupon to use I let her know I had one and she says “well do you have it pulled up? You have to have it pulled up for me to scan it!” She scans it and then I also had a gift card on my target app and asked if the gift card amount was used, she was rude then too saying “what gift card are you talking about?” When it was her mistake for not pressing the correct button on the screen to use it as payment. The way she talks to people is uncalled for. If she cannot be polite to strangers maybe she should stock the shelves and not have any face to face interactions.

Overpriced.
Out of stock.
Notorious for terrible, non existent "service"
Disaffected management and staff... If you've got compromised morals, it'd be easy to steal, who's going to care?
Obviously, no one reads or seemingly cares about this (or other) review. I'll just simply take my business elsewhere 😞

Can we leave the AT&T reps at the AT&T stores? I don’t shop at target with the intentions of wanting to switch carriers.
Also, there’s certain cashiers I’ll avoid due to them making me feel like I’m a burden for choosing their line to check out. There’s about 3 of them in particular I’ll avoid.

Giving these guys five stars today. Items were easy to return, price matched online vs in-store prices, and customer service was pleasant. Hope they keep it up

Disappointed in Employee Behavior, but Grateful for a Few Standouts
Tonight, I visited Target around 9 PM and had a mixed experience. The store was busy, with only one cash register open and a long line of about 8 people. The cashier, Chaz, whom I’ve interacted with before, was doing his best to manage the situation. Chaz is an incredibly kind and patient employee who uses ASL to communicate.
During this visit, Chaz ran out of change for the customer he was helping and turned on his flashing sign to signal for assistance. Unfortunately, I witnessed multiple Target employees walking past him, avoiding eye contact, and ignoring his attempts to get their attention. It was disheartening to see this lack of support for a colleague who clearly needed help.
Thankfully, Xavier, who appeared to be handling cart duty, stepped up to assist Chaz, and another employee, Sharisse (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), jumped in to help manage the growing line. These two, along with Chaz, showed dedication and professionalism under difficult circumstances.
While I’m grateful for the efforts of Chaz, Xavier, and Sharisse, I’m deeply disappointed in the other employees’ behavior. It was upsetting to see Chaz’s attempts for help ignored, especially since he relies on visual cues to communicate. Target, you need to do better. Employees should be trained to support one another, especially in situations like this.
Please recognize the outstanding work of Chaz, Xavier, and Sharisse—they truly embody what customer service should look like. But as a company, there’s room for improvement in fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

They painted it dark brown and it looks so unappealing now. I hope they don't plan to do that to all of them. I really like this store, but I don't believe they were staffed to handle the activity of two days before Christmas shoppers. I'm so glad I was only there to buy something in electronics and was able to checkout there and avoid the crazy lines. I no longer live in the area, but still shop there from time to time.
I did not have an experience like Tyler. I actually had two people try to help me within the first couple minutes I was there. One noticed I looked confused about where to find what I was looking for and asked if I needed help. What I needed was in the back, not on the floor and they went and got it quickly. I wanted to grab a protein shake to drink at the last minute, but when I saw the lines at the front (they had gotten really bad in the 20 minutes I was there around 3 pm), I changed my mind quickly.

I've been shopping at this location for over 5 years. I generally have great experiences. Tonight (Saturday)I was shopping from about 8:30 to 9:15 and the store was fairly busy. I typically use self checkout as my experience with the checkout employees has been poor: rude, pushy, slow, and do not ever help with bagging- they stare at you and often just start checking out the next person. This evening, despite it being busy, the self-checkout was closed at 9:15 despite *holiday hours* of the store closing at 11:00. There were 3 checkout lanes open and the employee that checked me out seemed irritated that a line was forming It took 35 minutes to compete the checkout. If you're going to be open until 11:00 maybe don't blame customers for shopping extended hours and leave the self checkout open a bit later or have more checkout lanes. It felt like the employees were being inconvenienced by us customers, which is why I tend to use self checkout.

My dad and mom got separated at this Target. ALL the associates were there to help. What a wonderful bunch of people you have there. Thank you

Making a return will tell you all you need to know about a store… if that’s the case, this store is a 10/10!!
People were so friendly in returns. So grateful!!

I frequent your store and have generally had positive experiences, but today’s visit left me questioning your commitment to customer service. I spent over 15 minutes in the electronics section trying to get help. I called the store from my phone multiple times, with no response. I even asked another associate in the store to send someone over. Nothing. It wasn't until your Asset Protection staff noticed I was standing there for too long and awkwardly pretended to "price check" something that action was taken. Only then did someone finally show up.
As if that wasn’t enough, when I went to checkout, the cashier treated my money like it was counterfeit, handling it with unnecessary scrutiny that was insulting and uncomfortable.
Here’s the issue: I am at this Target all the time, and I’m an active member of this community. But after today, it’s clear you need to take a long, hard look at your customer service approach. If you can’t uphold the standard you claim to have, believe me, I and many other loyal customers will hold you accountable.
You’re better than this, Target—at least, I thought you were. Time to prove it.

I like this Super Target. They have a good selection, it's a clean store and has ample parking. The cashiers are always friendly. My only complaint would be sometimes the shelves need stocking and there are not enough checkouts open (but the later is true of most grocery stores these days).
