Almost 25% of my spine is fused and I have a ton of arthritis. The amazing instructors at The Ballet Physique have all helped me define my body in a way that nothing else could. The instructors all have a background in dance and help every single person with form and function. I e never had something change my body so quickly. I have also tried other facilities that focus on barre, they do a great job as well. I deeply prefer The Ballet Physique. People of all sizes and ages go. There is a rich sense of community. The level of support and camaraderie alone would get me to go. The much loved bonus is the positive changes to our bodies. Even when I ache, I go to barre and then I feel so much better. Even if going to a class isn't your thing, they stream!!! Excellent videos. They put so much work and love into them. Hope to see you there!!!

Alison is the best! Actually all the instructors are awesome. The service is amazing with that local business feel. I never bore of classes and always feel like it's a great workout. Love this place. I'm so thankful they have reopened during the pandemic. The safety protocals in place are top notch and it is a safe place to workout during these times. #supportlocal

I absolutely love this place! The instructors & owner are so kind and the classes are a great workout. The studio is clean and chic and they have good quality weights, mats, balls and bands. I love the variety of classes offered and the fact that there are early morning classes so I can get to work on time. If you've never taken barre classes I would recommend this studio because there are no hidden up charges for gear (like grip socks) and the class sizes are small enough that the instructors can always offer alternatives to make the work out tougher or easier as per your individual needs.

Instant LOVE! From the moment I walked into the studio to ask questions to my first few classes, I’ve been welcomed by all. The instructors are encouraging and the classes challenging but not intimidating. A perfect atmosphere.

I love the Ballet Physique! Classes are hard but not so much that they break your soul (aka CrossFit). I am always a good sore. Instructors are peppy and have great choreography with fabulous corrections and modifications for all levels. Best way to reverse a day that is not off on a good foot - is to go there! You feel good physically and its a supportive and fun community. Only a month in to going there and the changes to my body and psyche are notable. I look forward to the months to come. You will not be disappointed.

this is one of the best classes i have taken in awhile. the instruction is easy to follow, very detailed, excellent attention to form & variations to fit your strength. I love that every class is different & all muscle groups are strengthened. I always leave knowing i have worked out really well and that overall i am getting stronger in every area which keeps me strong to do all the fun things i want to do in life. totally recommend these classes...i live 30-40 min away and believe it is worth the drive... only wish they had a studio closer to me!

Ballet Physique is a wonderful studio in which you feel genuinely cared for and challenged. The classes are fun, energetic and provide a great workout. That being said, due to life, I have unfortunately not been able to attend classes in the studio for awhile. I have however, been completing the streaming studio workouts and I have to say that they provide the same fun, energy and challenge. I am typically not a fan of at home workouts for a variety of reasons mainly because I do not think they produce the same results as in person. I am happy to say that even in my home (often filled with kids and chaos), I am able to feel challenged and rejuvenated. My muscles continue to become defined and my posture continues to improve. I hope to make it back to the studio soon but I am so genuinely happy that I can continue on my ballet physique journey with the streaming studio.

This studio is wonderful! Very nice owner and all the instructors make you work hard during each class. I've been taking classes for about a month and I've already noticed changes in my body. Try this studio out - you won't regret it!

I recommend this workout. The instructors are phenomenal , music upbeat and it is a welcoming environment. This workout moves along quickly, builds strength and tones your core. You really don’t need to have dance experience. Even after a couple workouts, my posture is improved and I feel a difference with other activities. The studio is clean and well designed in charming downtown Littleton.

Ballet Physique (BP) has changed my life! I'm finally pain free from a prolonged calcaneal, heel fracture. Thank you Kristin and all the amazing and dedicated teachers. I recommend BP to all of my patients and especially us gracefully, aging ladies. Resistance training is the cure to bone loss and all women (and men) should be doing this at least 2-3 times per week. BP offers a variety of small group classes, upbeat music, and a clean, safe place to strengthen and stretch. I also love the inclusion of all different ages and body types.

I am OBSESSED. This studio is amazing. It's a great workout, the instructors have tons of energy to help you fight your way through it and I've already been noticing changes in my muscles after only 3 weeks of classes. It's a hard workout but it is so worth it. Also, kind of a weird comment, but it makes you really enjoy being a girl. I've always been a tomboy and kind of shunned super girly things but the feminine energy in this place is wonderful and encouraging and it keeps me coming back for more. I love discovering the graceful movements of which my body is capable!

I am not someone who enjoys working out. BUT the classes offered at Ballet Physique are more than a workout. They're fun and everyone is SO friendly and encouraging. The instructors are super good at pinpointing exactly which part of your body you're working on for each movement you make, which has been so helpful for me. This has opened my connection to my body and changed how I think about working out. That might sound corny, but it's true. Just did 9 classes in a row and I can already feel my body changing for the better: better posture, easier to do certain moves, more flexible and above all more intention behind what I'm doing when I'm working out. I never thought I would say I enjoy it, but I love it! Give Ballet Physique a try!

I have been a pre-professional ballet dancer for 18 years and had two hip surgeries, The Ballet Physique classes are helping me get back taking a full ballet class sooner. These classes are a great workout and really push you to have proper alignment and control of your breath in each movement. Can't wait to keep coming back for more classes!
