The Shade Store at Aspen Grove is a fantastic place to get custom drapery and shades. The staff really know their products and can tell customers how each fabric will hang, stretch, wear, etc., and the products themselves are lovely - so much more than just shades! The installation was timely and perfectly done. I would definitely return here for window treatments in the future.

I worked with Amy to select my treatments remotely, which made me a little nervous at first because this was a big purchase, but we discussed my goals and from there she sent a wide selection of swatch samples direct to my home. When I had questions she was quick to answer and offer solutions. When it came time for the installation, Andrew was instrumental in making sure all was working according to design specifications, altering as needed. When he noticed one of the shades wasn’t operating exactly as it should have been he initiated the replacement order. His attention to detail throughout the initial installation and replacement was invaluable and much appreciated. I highly recommend this team and of course I love my new shades!

I had such an amazing experience with the shade store ! Robert was an absolute professional. He was very attentive and I so appreciate his professionalism and creativity. He sent Andrew out for the install and working with them both was just such a pleasure!!!

Every step of the process was handled professionally and went smoothly from selection, through measurement, ordering, scheduling and installation. Blinds look great and fit perfectly. We are very pleased.

We had a great experience buying and installing our shades ourselves. It's good to handle the actually material before ordering. The schedule for measurements was booked out due to techs being on vacation, so our sales rep, Robert, came by himself to take measurements so we could get our order in sooner.

We had a wonderful experience at the Shade Store. We love, love, love,the product. It was the best quality, variety, and beauty of any we have seen. Carli was amazing from beginning to end and beyond. She helped us every step along the way, was always available, and was excellent including after the sale service. We had a great experience working with Robert at the Shade Store. Very pleased with our new roller and cellular shades. Particularly love the blackout motorized rollers in the primary bedroom. Andrew, our installer, was on time and worked quickly. He was thorough and made sure we were happy.

The best shades we have ever purchased!!! Not only are they stunning to look at, but they were so easy to install. The customer service we received from Robert in the Littleton store was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will 100% be purchasing shades again from Robert when we have new windows to do. Best experience!

I have order shades and custom draperies numerous times , never having a problem. Until now with The Shade Store. Three of the four rooms that were done have issues that they will not rectify. Draperies in Livingroom are large and uneven. We measured the fabric and the discrepancy is one inch. They tell me my stone floors are uneven and that’s why they “look” uneven. They showed up hours late and did just one room, only to return weeks later to do another and so on. Bathroom blinds arrived with no valances and ugly hardware. The installer told me people like that industrial look. Dismissed time and time again. Unprofessional is an understatement.
