3G was amazing and went above and beyond to provide us a great experience.Supply issues for parts are inevitable these days. 3G did whatever they could to speed up the process so we could get our car back quickly and have id done correctly.Kyle and his team are the BEST.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP unless you want them to keep your car for months on end and when you call for weekly updates they lie to you and your insurance company. Then when your insurance company has had enough and tells them they are going to have a tow truck driver come pick up the car to take it to another shop, all of the sudden it is DONE!??!!Someone from Three G was driving my car in the toll lane on 470 when the shop wasn't even open so clearly someone was driving my car back and forth to work.I am still missing a part and they have no idea when it will be in. Last time I was in to get my seat belt fixed I asked them to look at the spacing in the hood that wasn't right or even comparable to the other side, but they didn't because they do not care about customer service or doing a good job.A friend of mine also used Three G not knowing about my experience and has had to bring her car back several times. The first time she picked up her car it was completely trashed on the inside.Lastly, their famous line is, "I'm sorry, I don't see your name in our database, could it have been under another name? More lies. Happy to show anyone my receipt.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME.

They have fixed my car a couple of times over the past decade and have always been great. They keep you appraised of everything going on throughout the process and the office staff always make you feel welcome and are extremely efficient!

I love that they're so fast and their work is beautiful. I've had troubles coming back and forth, but honestly it's a pleasure everytime I call for a quick look or anything I need. Thank you Jamie for always recognizing me everytime, and their service is so friendly! I highly recommend Three G!

Amazing rapid service and quality. They took care of my quick fix without a problem and didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg. I appreciate it and I will be taking my Jeep here for some body repairs in the near future. I highly recommend. I've also gotten good reviews for them from co-workers

With many body shops to choose from, this should not be on any list to consider. The owner is nice and will give you promises. Do not be fooled. The promises aren't kept, your timeframe will likely get pushed back, and you will have to be the one calling about your car, not them. Expect to not see your car for over a month. Quality is below average. They order used parts. My uncle runs a body shop, repairs can be timely with ordering parts and all that. This shop prefers to take their time. Seems like others are saying the same. Do not go here for either out of pocket or insurance. STAY AWAY.

Brought my daughter's vehicle in to be repaired after a hit run accident. They had her vehicle for 5 weeks. I asked them to keep us updated on the progress starting when they received her vehicle from the tow company. We received ZERO communication from them during this time. I had to reach out to them for any progress. I did ask the manger/owner to keep me posted and he assured me that they would. The only time they called us was when the vehicle was done. Extremely frustrating with the communication. I was even good with the timeframe that got pushed twice. Brought my wife's vehicle in for an estimate when we picked up my daughter's vehicle. Someone hit her vehicle last weekend. We did get an estimate and a second one from another local shop. We're going with the other shop which had a higher price. The only reason is for the lack of communication from 3G's. They did do a good job on my daughter's vehicle. They didn't repair the driver's side mirror which was a little frustrating but we'll live with it or replace it on our own. Not worth the frustration. Would give them at least a 4 Stars for their work and 1 Star for their communication. Be prepared for zero communication.

First off I have to say that the paint on my car was in bad condition from being parked near a structure fire, so I did not have high expectations. I wanted to paint the whole car since insurance was going to pay for about a 1/3 of it anyway, however, their price was way too high so I opted for just the repair. The car was damaged in an accident and needed a front and rear bumper, front left fender and hood repaired. I was told that the panels would be blended to minimize the obvious difference between the new and the old paint. Clearly, this never happened. They painted the new pieces and slapped them on the car, and it looks worse than it did before the accident. Additionally, I was told they would need the car for a week and they ended up keeping it for two. Finally, I received a text message from their automated system telling me the car was ready and I went to pick it up at about 3:30 on a Friday. When I showed up, I could hear the owner complaining that I showed up without calling first and the car was dirty in the back lot. Apparently, the automated system made a mistake. I sent the owner an email with pictures of the horrible work but never received a call back. Look at the pictures and decide if you want them touching your car.

Although it took longer than I had hoped, they were very forthcoming on delays and the work they did was impeccable. They worked on an Audi of mine that was any mechanics worst nightmare. I would never hesitate bringing another vehicle of mine here again!

My door was dented by a car, and they were able to fix it beautifully. I like the fact Three G's is locally owned, not a chain, and everyone was easy to work with. I'll certainly go back if I need more body work done.

Catalytic converter was stolen from our car. Alona and Jeff were great at answering our questions and getting it in within a few days. They had parts and repairs done is less than a week. Awesome service
