Great prices on quality items. clean, organized, and well stocked. We found some great Nike Sneakers, an Awesome Puma Hoodie, and several good pots and pans, and a few kitchen gadgets for our kitchen.

0 stars!!! Horrible service! I just took in $100 worth of items in today Saturday that were bought last week on Saturday ( their return policy for in store credit is 7 days) I was told I was past return date because the 7th day was considered Friday. Was then told I could re consign items but I could come back another day as consignment was closed ( mind you the entire staff was sitting in the consignment area playing on their phones) My mother and I have shopped here for years. No more!!! The manager should be fired! Crooks!

I have often come in only to be turned away for consignment, even though it is well before the time the consignment closes for the day. Most recently I was told that they are not accepting any more clothes for the day as they have already accepted two racks worth. Never on the phone recordings does it say that they only take two racks of clothes a day and just stop. It would be nice for these new stipulations to be updated on the voicemail if that is the policy.

Twice I CALLED IN ADVANCE to be sure that I could bring my clothes and accessories and that someone would be there to process my stuff. BOTH times after taking the time to put my quality items on hangers, drive there, lug stuff in, I was told we aren't taking clothes today. When I said that was not acceptable, the little blonde 'so-called Manager' said I could go somewhere else! Not a good business model. I will never go back to consign or buy anything. This was at the Littleton, Colorado location.

Nice place to shop but not to sell items to. They will give you lowball checks on your items stating that all of it went to clearance.
