I was having an emotional day and wasn’t sure if I was going to find what I needed. I thought I would buy a makeup sponge and found some gems. I will be honest, I was Hyperfixated and Jasmyn was so kind and offered a bag and gently read body language to the deals of the day. I felt so special as she initiated something of a lollipop moment of kindness with having an emotional ride in life. The little moments are gorgeous. Then she introduced me to Quille and though I wasn’t looking for a perfume I think I found my scent for $600 less than what I normally pay. Quille is such a refreshing individual and I will go back to see them often! Conner was so kind too. I’ve fallen in love with ulta again due to these three amazing souls who changed my day and made me feel so beautiful and empowered by their energy and kindness. Sometimes you never know what a person is going through and the littlest moments of grace show us so much about community. I hope to go back and see them again! I’m now a dolce goddess. Thank you and wow… Quille just knows their stuff to help guide in the right direction. I will for sure be back to see them as well as Jasmyn and Conner. 🖤✨

Awful. The stylist burnt my hair and my head. It’s itching so much right now.
My hair is pin straight cuz she didn’t use a round brush which I thought was the whole point of a blow out.

Most of the employees at this location are very unprofessional and unpleasant. They look at you like you don’t know what you’re doing when trying the products out, and they just stare at you the entire time making you feel uncomfortable. They walk around and do nothing when there’s trash cans overfilling with trash on the floor, product tester items need restocked and shelves are a mess with the products scattered. There was one employee who is very helpful and extremely pleasant and I wish I knew her name to praise her, she has beautiful shorter blonde hair. I will be avoiding this location at all costs, the aspen grove location has been great!

These stores need some serious work. I thought it was a single location issue but the associates are rude and unhelpful. Also half the staff looks like they rolled out of bed and came to work. If I were managing this store I would make sure all my employees looked professional and well groomed. After all they are selling beauty products. So unimpressed with Ulta's staff specifically. I'd rather go elsewhere.

Not only did i wait 30 minutes unacknowledged past my scheduled appointment that i showed up 10 minutes early for (now 40 minutes) for my hair appiointment but when i got finally sat down for my appointment i showed the stylist what i wanted and 3 hours into the service she helped another customer immediately at the time of her appointment. While going between the other customer and me. My hair was not only FRIED, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED but $50 over what i was quoted. I had to come home and re dye it myself. Its so damaged and an absolute disaster. I will never allow ulta to touch my hair again. They should pay a professional to fix this damage and distress they caused me. 5 hours of my day for a ruined hair and customer service job. 🫣😫 look elsewhere. They are not pros. She had the nerve to offer the other customer an inconvienance discount for going between the 2 of us, not caring about how she ruined my hair. Dont use Winter.

The store manager/ cashier, Hailey is a lazy bum. I walked in for an online pickup and I asked her if she could switch the lipstick shade coz the one I ordered online looked too dark and I wanted a different shade. She was too lazy to make this arrangement and told me that I need to wait for 3 days until the online pickup thing expired and then make a new purchase. I explained her can I not just make an immediate return. And she said no (with eyes rolling). I told her that this was the only last shade left there, she told me “we have more in our backup stock, so dont worry”.
I called at the customers care and they asked me to give the phone to Hailey (coz Hailey was being lazy). When Hailey got to know that I was was talking to customer care rep, she immediately became a liar 🤥 and said “oh! I did let you that you could exchange it, dont worry I am happy to help”. When i dropped the call, Hailey showed me big eyes 👀 and said show me your online receipt I want to see how much you paid for this lipstick.
Hailey handed me the unsealed lipstick, I said “wait didn’t you say you had more in backup stock, could you please give me a sealed one”. Hailey 👀
Hailey came back with an apology “ohhh it was my bad, I checked, we don’t have it in stock anymore”
Worst customer experience ever! Ulta should train their staff. Please learn something from Sephora. It’s a good bye ✌🏻

OMG. This place has the BEST costumer service. The manager was very nice I didn’t get her name but from the moment I walked in til the moment I walked out I was helped by the sweetest, most patient, and kind sales associate Yvette; Yvette greeted me not even 2 seconds of me being on the floor, asked what I was looking for and answered my 1,000s of questions, she did the best she could to find the best deals for me not only that but she showed me tons of other products and eventually one stood out to me. We had a lot of laughs too, she wasnt just about business (granted that was the main topic) but she really did make the shopping experience phenomenal. I probably spent like 40 minutes in that store with her and it was time well spent. Yvette is the true definition of what customer service should look like! I’ll always come back here from now on. Thank you Yvette for such a phenomenal experience!

Hannah cut my hair and she is magic!! I'm trying to grow my hair out and it looked so crappy. She was absolutely excellent! She is a great cutter and stylist.

My last order placed on line was automatically canceled. I used the chat function on the website and asked to have them process my order but was told it wasn't possible. Since it was very close to the end of the year and a refund hadn't been processed I asked what would happen to my rewards status for the following year and was told not to worry that this was their mistake and they would make sure it stayed intact. Well now my reward status has been removed and no one will help me. I was told that my concern is being escalated and that I will get email follow ups but instead the case was closed without a response or resolution. Very disappointed to see how they treat a customer of years.

Quit using Door Dash for delivery or at least fix your address. It keeps sending us to a preschool 3 miles away. SUPER frustrating. It takes about 20 minutes to cancel these orders and explain that you are sending us to the WRONG place ! FIX IT !!!!! If you are closed. Turn the app OFF!!!!!

I just saw Hannah today for a hair trim. I just want to say, she was amazing on all levels! Wish I would of started with her months ago. She's even better then the last stylist I saw, who has moved on from the company. If anyone needs a new stylist, go see Hannah!!
