I always find what I’m looking for in this store. The girls are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and they always ask if I need help finding anything. I've been a customer here for 9 years, and I have always been greeted and helped. Plus, I get my eyebrows done by Laly, who is the best eyebrow stylist in town, if not in the entire state. Laly is amazing!

Bad customer service. Watch out if you have Returns. Keep the box if the product came in a box. With a receipt they won't accept the product without receipt anymore. Sounds like it changed back in November and Burr the cashier and the manager told me to lift this add thing to find the new rule underneath. This again reinforced my conviction to just go straight to the manufacturer of the product. That rule makes no sense Ulta, you'll destroy that product anyway. After 14 years of shopping at Ulta, it's time to say goodbye.

Joey is my beauty queeeen! He spent SO much time with me setting up a new makeup routine. He was honest, patient and honestly amazing!!! I listened to his advice on everything and he made my day! I will be coming back to this location and looking for his advice whenever I need more products! Thank you times a thousand to Joey for the positive experience and expertise!!!

This location has the best services! Alysha is a phenomenal stylist! She knows her stuff, plus she is a an absolute delight. Laly is amazing at eyebrow freshen up, easy to talk to and great at her craft. Again great location!

I love this place but could really be bad for my health....I went here planning on buying some Paul Mitchell freeze and shine. After looking around for an hour I was forced to reality when my total was 199.00 thank God the cashier offered me 20% off if I applied for an Ulta card I was approved which brought my total down to 157.09 not sure if me being approved was a good thing or a bad thing. Haha

When I entered the store, looking around as I had never been in an Ulta store before, I had to say “excuse me” as I walked in between 3 store employees talking. No one asked if I needed help. I thought I went to the right register to check out as there were 3 more employees at this register but one of them said I needed to go to the front … o asked where in the front. Her response was, just keep walking - they were there when you walked in.
This experience reinforced my usual Nordstrom beauty purchases. Pleasant, polite and helpful beauty experts willing and wanting to help. I will never shop at Ulta again and I can easily stand behind that since this was my first time…

OK, WOW! Just WOW! I asked a woman I worked with who cut her hair because she always looks so incredible. She told me and now she may wish she never did because let me tell you, Kristina B. knows hair! I went in for a color correction. I have been fearless over the last 10 years with my hair, using bleaches, box colors (blacks and blues and you name it) and everything else under the sun. My hair was recovering from too much bleach (serious damage done 5 years ago) and too much processing. Today, Kristina took me under her angel-hair wings and I left the salon lighter in wallet but so very VERY (finally) happy with my hair! She blended the awful colors that were seemingly permanently set, gave me a great cut (and I have hard, curly hair) gave me a conditioning treatment that left my hair feeling like silk, and is the nicest person you could ever ever meet!
Please look into Kristina if you are struggling finding a creative stylist, but please leave me some time with her because I am sold on her professionalism and hair knowledge!

I needed help with my skin care when I came into Ulta. Raya did wonderful job in assessing my needs and recommending the Lancôme products that would help me. She took the time in explaining the benefits and how to use them on a daily basis. I love the product I purchased and I could not have done it without Raya’s assistance. While I was there she also assisted another customer without missing a beat. Raya is a very professional sales person and extremely knowledgeable about the product.

Horrible, horrible people. They scam you over opening an account. They open, never send a bill, and then 2 months later call to collect and will not remove the fees. shame on them. Think twice about ever opening an account with them-- they'll steal your money!

This is the second Ulta I went to today where website said they had hair masks in stock. I'm fed up with a ulta. They never have the pink hask packets anymore. Get it together ulta
