Wouldn’t take a gift return to exchange a product with out the receipt . My sister accidentally threw it out and wanted her credit card number. I’ve been shopping with them for years not anymore.

The woman who assisted me (Marilyn, on Sunday 3/30) with my return did a wonderful job—she was professional and efficient. However, I was disappointed by the older lady who interrupted the process to discuss someone else’s return with her. It felt rude and unnecessary, especially since the conversation could have waited. I even mentioned to her that the cashier was doing a great job and suggested she be patient. The whole situation created an awkward atmosphere.
I would also like to add - if the cashier checking you out see’s that there are points to use against your purchase, to mention it.

Britney is amazing!! She helped me find an entire makeup routine and put me on to some of the best products for my skin! I appreciate her being so patient and helpful with answering my questions. Britany helped me so much today, she spent hours making sure I got all the right products for my skin type and shade and helped me try on makeup. She was super kind and very fun to work with. She’s good at what she does and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped me get all the makeup I needed. Definitely would recommend!

I felt highly discriminated against when I kept being pestered by an employee with different color streamers in her hair. She kept asking making me feel uncomfortable and looking at me like I was going to do something totally out of character. For someone her age you would expect her to act accordingly but I guess history is repeating itself.
