A great business. I'm there regularly and always encounter friendly people happy to help. Yesterday I had a complicated project that took extra effort, and unfortunately I couldn't get there until right before closing. I felt bad about that, but Will couldn't have been warmer or more eager to help. Very pleasant about the whole thing. It's nice to know we have a shop like that in the neighborhood that takes such good care of its customers.

I’ve always found the employees to be helpful and kind, the process of shipping something, hassle free, and I’m usually in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Kathy, who most recently helped me, was very kind.

Poor process for pre labeled package drop off. Lady seemed to act like I needed to wait 15 mins behind 5 people just to drop off a pre labeled package.

The UPS store at West Bowles and Lowell boulevard is an excellent store. Kathy provides excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. This is my go-to UPS store.
