Eli was amazing! When the people at Comcast/Xfinity had no clue how to return their own equipment, I went into the UPS Store and Eli knew EXACTLY what to do to help me! This guy was AMAZING! Give him a raise and DO NOT lose him because customer service like his is a foreign concept in so many young adults!!!!
