This is definitely one of the slowest branches in the area. I’m not sure if US bank feels they are adequately staffed here, or if US bank is seriously too cheap to staff the branch accordingly. Typical time in the drive thru before anyone comes to even check is usually 8-10 minutes. That’s when it’s actually open!!! Most of the staff is pleasant- the branch manager here is not. If US bank is going to stay competitive and retain customers- it’s time they invest a little into their employees- recruiting and retention- and update this branch already! It’s got to be 30+ years old inside!

Avoid this bank and all costs. When making deposits, their ATMs consistently malfunction and steal cash. I have repeatedly informed them about this and asked them to fix it and they will do absolutely nothing. They refuse to reimburse me for the stolen cash (hundreds of dollars at this point). I spoke with the branch manager, and he was extremely rude and condescending and told me he will do nothing to fix it because "this happens all the time." What on earth?? You steal money from people all the time? No, sir, this does not happen at ATMs all the time. It happens only at your bank all the time. This man needs to be put in jail.

0 stars ATM ate my money and bank refuses to give it back. They insist I have to do all kinds of legwork and put the effort on my credit union and I have to wait 90 days for a resolution because of "policy". The policy is so wrong and so messed up. They blame me for not banking locally and blame me for "wasting my time".

Lied to by teller. Was in drive through line for 1/2 hour. I sent my deposit in, waited for 10 minutes, pushed call button several times. She came to the window and said she was the ‘only one here.’ Waited another 15 minutes. Finally went in where 4 other tellers were working. Said I wanted my receipt and the bank ‘manager’ (using that term loosely since I’ve dealt with him before and he’s NOT management material) said they were so busy. Close the drive up window if you’re going to lie to people. Customer service at this branch is non-existent.

No one came to the drive through even though the green light indicated the window was open. After waiting for an extended time, I tried calling . No one answered. Finally I had to go in and wait. Meanwhile my information was held "hostage" as I had sent it in through the drive through window. No one cared and multiple people were standing around talking in an office.

Nick helped me set up a savings and checking account and super professional and relatable. It's nice knowing I can put money into a bank where they're not going to steal my money, and the people are super friendly.

This is the worst bank. I only wanted to ask some questions and was shut down by the manager. I have never had a good experience with US Bank. Do not bank with them.

Best banking experience I’ve ever had! I came to this branch to open a business account. Leslie helped me open my account, and she let me know that she’s only opened a few business accounts and she may have to grab her manager for help on some things, I appreciated that! Each time Alex, the manager came over he was very helpful and kind, and kept letting Leslie know how amazing of a job she was doing, and the process was quick and easy. It was very reassuring to be in such a kind happy environment. Thank you Leslie, Alex, and US Bank for such a wonderful experience!

Fatima is one of the rudest bankers I have ever dealt with. Not only is she condescending but will belittle you. I honestly don’t know how she was hired at all to work with costumer service. On top of all this, she was not willing to provide any type of assistance or help. I’m honestly surprised she has a job like this one considering her ugly attitude. I recommend going somewhere else.

they lose the receipts when the depository is used. it does not provide you with information necessary to clarify the status of your deposits. and never has staff.

Colorado Secretary of State website says a notary can accept a drivers license that is expired by one year or less. This branch refused to notarize a document because the disabled elderly man’s ID was a few months old, causing major issues. The elderly couple could barely get themselves there to begin with and this branch was no help in getting their needs met. That couple has used US Bank for 50 years. Other banks I spoke to afterwards were willing to do it but nope not this US Bank.

Really no stars. Welcome to the hidden-cost economy, where sneaky fees are lurking everywhere: cashiers check to get the money from your own account cost you $10 while transfer to Europe via Western Union $7.50. Let it sync.

I have always had a great experience at this branch, everyone is always very nice and professional. I unfortunately had to close my account because I moved to another state. Michael was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.
