Update. 12 14 23. Jonathan is a very helpful banker. He is knowledgeable and got our banking needs taken care of in a happy and helpful manner. Good service.UPDATE 9-6-2023 - This bank won't exchange money. If you bring in 4 quarters, you can not get a $1 bill. We stopped in and they would not convert coins to bills. The time before, they could not make change for us, we needed $10 bills, and "the vault was closed for the day" and they could not accommodate. A bank that can't exchange money. Ugh. We were informed the southwest branch does have a coin counter.Stopped in to US Bank here at the Ken Caryl division office. I've had an ongoing issue accessing a new account on the interweb. I called into customer service several times and just kept hitting a snag. Welp, turns out I went in with my laptop computer and showed Jonathan what was going on. He suspected it was a certain issue with my debit card, but admitted it had only happened one other time in his life. He said "Hang on a sec, let's try this out." I said, "Okay great". Jonathan came back with a full access debit card, as opposed to the "deposit only" card I had been issued. We got it all set up with a new PIN number which is, and then tried to access my account. It worked! Thank you Jonathan and the rest of US Bank team here at Ken Caryl. You're the best.

The staff at this location is so helpful! In particular, the branch manager spent over an hour with me trying to resolve my request. He was very nice and I left feeling so grateful for his help.

This is a review for the US Bank branch at 7550 Shaffer Pkwy, Littleton, CO 80127. This is about the third time I've gone in with a problem, and every time I've been helped by a different person. Regardless of who it is (yesterday, it was the branch manager), they have been patient, kind, knowledgeable, creative, and helpful. They have looked at every possible way they could solve my problem within the myriad regulations they have. These people are wonderful!! It feels like I'm back in my hometown of 5,000 people where my coach's wife was my teller. I drive an additional 5 miles past my closest branch to go to this one.

Twice I've wasted my lunch break to get a money order. First time I had to go inside after waiting 30mins in drive thru. Then wasn't charged a fee for the money order. Go to day and was told it's 10 dollars to get a cashier's check from the bank that I have an account with. This branch is a joke. Shouldn't be open. And these people shouldn't be in customer service. Of course nobody will answer this so take it for what it's worth

I had a checking account with US Bank for over 20years. When I closed the account, I was told that there was a $5,000 outstanding loan in my name.I have never taken out any type of loan in any amount with US Bank, so I disputed it. Jeremy, the manager threatened me saying he would "personally" ruin my credit if I didn't pay. I have never been treated so horribly as a customer.I asked to see the loan contract, and they admitted that it doesn't exist. I was told by a different manager that a bank employee took out this loan without my knowledge or consent.On 7/28/2022 the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has fined US BANK $37.5 million for illegally exploiting personal Data to open sham accounts.They have been ordered to forfeit and return all unlawfully charged fees and costs to harmed customers. Please protect yourself and don't bank with US BANK.

While the ATM works, it charges a $5.50 convenience fee (while it clearly states $3). While this is minor, it is worth noting.
