A package for a client of mine was lost, the manager was extremely helpful tracking down that last place it was seen and even had a driver in route check a parcel location for me. I really appreciate the extra effort.

This is the worst post office. I cannot trust them to receive or send packages. Lost shipments tracked into this facility have occurred frequently in the past year. This year I have 4 lost packages, two receiving and two sending. I'd be a fool to return here. You'd be a fool also. You're going to get disappointed. I had a handwritten letter to my son for his birthday that never left this facility. I paid for postage, dropped in in their lobby box, and he still has not received it. The ineptitude at this location has literally had a permanent negative effect on my relationship with my son. I think that at the rate that these issues have been happening this year, the effort has become intentional. I think after a bad review for the first two lost packages, they are intentionally losing my mail now. I cannot imagine people doing their jobs so poorly that an accident could cover it. It's a shame. This is supposed to be a public service. It's now the worst example of government spending and efforts. Shut this place down and put this money to use on people that are a benefit to our community. They. Are. Terrible.

This location screws me over constantly with overcharge adjustments on my pre labeled packages. My packages are perfectly weighed and measured. This is the only location I have this issue with. Avoid this place.

**BEWARE OF OVER CHARGE** Other post offices are cheaper.
Zack behind the counter is ripping people off. I came in to have some additional postage added to a letter. Normally, they have to add around $0.80 on top of my forever stamp. Zach says it would need to be shipped as a package????? He wanted an additional $5.00, so my question is, why is there such a difference between post offices. Then he ask well what do they normally do? I think Zach is trying to make some cash on the side from customers who don't know better.
I will stick to my normal post office if it's going to save me $5 every time I mail a letter.

They need help because it does not matter what time of day you go they are always packed with one person up front. It is awful when you can’t go to your own post office because you need an hour to wait in line!

Old white woman that was working today was extremely rude and spoke to me like i was stupid when I had to ask her multiple times to help me. Please learn how to speak to customers especially when they’re just asking for help, you work there for a reason!!

the worst post office i’ve experienced. glad to see that I’m not alone, but it would be nice if I could actually get things delivered consistently. Amazon and other carriers are able to figure this out.

I had a package delivered to my mailbox that was too large for me to get through the mail box door. I left a note in the box (@ 4899 S Dudley St in Littleton 80123) saying that I could not pull the package out through the door and requested that it be left in a parcel locker with a key. When I opened my mailbox today the note was crumpled in a ball at the back of the mailbox and the package was gone.
