They need help because it does not matter what time of day you go they are always packed with one person up front. It is awful when you can’t go to your own post office because you need an hour to wait in line!

Old white woman that was working today was extremely rude and spoke to me like i was stupid when I had to ask her multiple times to help me. Please learn how to speak to customers especially when they’re just asking for help, you work there for a reason!!

Mailed a letter from here and had it returned to me with a note on it saying it was a parcel! Utterly ridiculous.

the worst post office i’ve experienced. glad to see that I’m not alone, but it would be nice if I could actually get things delivered consistently. Amazon and other carriers are able to figure this out.

I had a package delivered to my mailbox that was too large for me to get through the mail box door. I left a note in the box (@ 4899 S Dudley St in Littleton 80123) saying that I could not pull the package out through the door and requested that it be left in a parcel locker with a key. When I opened my mailbox today the note was crumpled in a ball at the back of the mailbox and the package was gone.

This place is an absolute joke no matter what time you come in there’s a line of 25 people waiting on ONE employee working. It’s always a 45 min wait just to drop off a package, cant understand how they haven’t figured out how to make it more efficient. Government employees at work.

The worst place! I'm writing this review while standing in line. They only have one worker and they did have two but she left knowing there is a line! It's nearly 6pm! I've been waiting in line for an hour. I know we all hate coming into the post office but this experience had really been awful! The worst one yet!

Great place to take packages to post if you can't use click-n-ship.

I came in today with a QR code to scan. I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she’s always on the far right, has a Bob and wears glasses. Her label maker stopped working in the middle of printing my label. She was very apologetic and worked as quick as she could to fix the label maker and insured my experience was as speedy as possible.

Very very slow & laid back service. More emphasis on prolonged chit-chat, than getting people in long agonizing lines get done!I had to leave without getting my work done because there were 20 people in line, that didn't move the entire duration of my stay! Someone needs to address this problem asap!

Nico was super rude and told me to take my mail else where because he didn’t believe that other stores have taken the priority package with the first class tag. Which is responsible but at the same time he was rude and could have helped me get the right packaging but instead told me go somewhere else.

I just want to give my sincerest THANK YOU, to postal clerk Theresa, she went above and beyond for me in more ways than I can express. Not only was she professional and efficient in service; but I accidentally left something small and special behind that day and she returned it to me by mail. So thoughtful. It reminded me that good people still exist in the world. I hope she, or someone who can rely this message to her, sees it. A million thanks, and all the blessings to you, Theresa! I hope I see you on my next visit. -Kelsi

Not really the location but someone in a black jeep was blaring his horn at someone turning left when they barely had time to get their foot off the brake before it turned yellow. They then wiped around the vehicle, flipping them off before cutting back in front of them to turn right into the gated part of the post office. Lord have mercy on us all if this guy drives one of the trucks.
