After struggling for 12 months with incorrect billing over traded in devices LAST CHRISTMAS season, Verizon has been completely unhelpful after MULTIPLE visits to their stores.Even when provided with original contract paperwork, Xcel spreadsheets, previous visit notes, Verizon has been combative and unwilling to help.Verizon does not like you coming into their stores during the busy holiday season with account issues for potential customers to hear about. It’s not good optics for their bait and switch business model.Ultimately we were trespassed from the store, and when we presented our evidence to the police offers who responded to Verizon’s call to have us removed, they AGREED with us.So yes folks, if Verizon can’t fix your issues, they will call law enforcement for “impeding sales”, because after all they are commission based. They especially don’t like when you walk in with a laptop and accordion folder full of notesMy advice to you…when they FORCE you to mail in your devices…100% refuse. If they can’t accept your device in the store, walk away. You’ll end up with nothing but issues when they claim inaccurate device condition, or they lie and say they never received it…even when you have proof the condition was accurate, and you have UPS delivery confirmation.Good luck with your trade in deals. People at the reconditioning centers steal good devices, and sell them to the black market in developing nations.Been a customer since 2002. Verizon has become a POS.

We have been Verizon customers for 14+ years, have like 12 lines and generally Verizon has good customer service. Yesterday my moms phone started showing a no sim card error and rebooting wasn't fixing so I throw on some shoes, drive to her place grab the phone and decide to run it to the closest Verizon store, which was Aspen Grove. Got greeted and explained my problem, the gentleman (i should've got names but didn't) looked up my account, verified my phone number and hers, has a sim card out and ready to go. He then says "I need to see your ID please." Having sort of rushed out the house I had forgotten my wallet but I have my id saved in the myColorado app which is a legal and accepted form of ID in the state of Colorado. This guy says has to be a physical copy, I ask why when digital ID is accepted in Colorado no one could really give a good answer other than its corporate policy. Turns out it is not corporate policy because I left that store (angrily) and drove all the way home, grabbed my wallet and then went to the store closest to me. Same process there I get greeted and we sit down they get a sim card and this gentleman asks for my ID. I show him the ID in the app and he says cool. So I have questions at this point right? I ask if it is corporate policy that it has to be a physical hard copy of a license and he, the assistant manager and the manager all say no, that as long as it's not a photograph of an id and it is in the myColorado app it is accepted (just like the police, TSA and every bar in Colorado does). They couldn't understand why Aspen Grove told me that. Look...it would be quite the identity theft for me to grow a beard and long hair to look like the guy in the id, then steal 2 phones from the same account and then answer all the stores security and account questions for me to get an old lady's iphone 13 working correctly. makes no sense. But, it's good I went to a different store because the second store took the time to review our account and lower our bill by almost $150 a month! So props to them, no props to Aspen Grove for making what could've been a very simple and easy stop into a three hour ordeal. Customer service is so easy. Sometimes you get people who are having a bad day or whatever and I understand that and try and be patient with people but it was 2 employees telling me nope not gonna help you. Customer service is extremely easy. It really is. I wasn't trying to buy a phone on credit or add on services or anything it was a simple sim card swap. I am me. My digital id says its me, plus all the account security Verizon uses says it was me. If they really wanted to help me they would've (admittedly I did say I would take all 12 lines and switch them to AT&T if they didn't help me, but I was upset. The other store and their terrific service kept me from doing that...). Any way that's all, If you need service from Verizon in Littleton just know there are other stores, maybe a bit more East of Aspen Grove, that would love to help you. Give them a shot instead.

I was just in there asking to buy an iPhone and Carl was very informative on their promotions and other service bundles. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in to switch from another carrier to Verizon. Joshua was extremely helpful and patient. We are so happy that we made the move to Verizon!

I was trying to transfer my service, hit a snag with devices being locked. The staff at this store were very very helpful and even allowed me to use their cell phone for over an hour while I was on hold with the Porting department. I am very thankful for their top notch customer service.

This location must have made changes based on previous poor reviews from years ago because my wife and I have been here several times in the past 3 years and have always been met with helpful, knowledgeable, professional employees. The place is clean, organized and when it's our turn to get assistance, they take their time to make sure all our questions get answered and we leave satisfied.

I gave Verizon a terrible review on their website for taking my money for insurance coverage and refusing to fix my phone. They called me and offered to do nothing! Then a month later they charged me a $14.32 fee saying it was a Credit!! I explained to the rep if the "fee" was a credit it would reduce the amount owed not increase it like they tried to do. After 20mins on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor then they decided to take the fee off!! Now ever since this issue of them trying to rip me off the cell service is HORRIBLE! The problem now is I'm locked into them for another year or I pay a hefty fee to terminate my contract. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE YOU BAD CELL SERVICE AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE!!!! Don't use them

The staff was super helpful and kind. The only thing that could improve is to make it easier for a customer to claim the promotions that are offered. That's not the fault of this location, but it does change the brand's rating. I would give 9/10 if that were an option. Not perfect but still very good!

After a bad experience at the Northfield store, I went to Aspen Grove store and Joshua was a such good experience. He help me to order some devices to my business account and have all answers I was looking for as a new customer. I would really like to thank Josh and all the store staff who were so nice and friendly to me from start to finish. I almost gave up on Verizon due to the terrible service I got at the Northfield store, but after Aspen Grove I decided to stay.

Just wanted to write a quick review to share how helpful John was. I wasn't able to activate my new phone, so I brought it in and John diagnosed the problem pretty much right away. Unfortunately the store employees didn't have the ability to resolve it, so John had to call customer support to have them make the fix. It ended up taking about an hour, as John had to talk to multiple support agents and re-explain the problem and his predicted resolution each time. In the end, he was exactly right. While waiting around on phone agents is never that much fun, relaxing while John did it all certainly was better and faster than trying to do it myself at home. He was friendly and relaxed and made the admittedly frustrating process as smooth as possible. Thanks!

Joshua the Verizon employee was very kind and helpful. The female employee with glasses (did not catch her name) was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately no one could actually help me with my problem (although Joshua tried!), so I wasted about 45 minutes in the store.

Went in to pay my bill at the kiosk and the young guy who came over to help me ran my credit without my permission. I wasn’t trying to buy anything just pay my bill. Scandalous and unethical.

Employee Zachariah was incredibly rude and arrogant to my mother and I when we came to upgrade her phone. My mother expressed she was interested in the iPhone that came free with her trade in and plan upgrade. He talked her into a phone that she didn’t want, but convinced her if she put a $200 down payment on it, that her monthly cost would only be $80 and no phone payment. The down payment was almost required was almost $400 not to mention her phone bill went up to $113. When I inquired about why it was so much higher he snapped that it was because of taxes. I told him that she was not expecting to pay that much, and he was extremely condescending insinuating we were stupid for assuming tax was included. He then kept looking at his watch impatiently and said he was waiting to make the sale. I told him that he should probably let customers know that it would cost more with tax. He said he didn’t care because he was moving to Japan soon. We ended up leaving without getting her a new phone because the experience was so terrible.

It's pretty sad when you drive all the way to the store, just to have someone get on the phone and call customer service. The entire reason why you went to the store was to not call customer service. It should be against your credo to have to do something like that....
