The store was nice and clean and the lockers were easy to navigate but when I walked inside before the woman even said hello she rudely asked how old I was which kind of soured my mood.

Tay is awesome!!! Please hire more people like her. She is professional yet friendly. She knows her stuff, super smart. Verizon is lucky to have her!
