Reading the reviews on this store makes me think my experience is not unique. I, too, thought it was a real Verizon store, but it's not. It's a third party store.
I was promised a price on a product and service. The bill came a month later. Surcharges and higher-than-expected monthly payments. I attempted to talk to them. Although understanding, the hoops they make you jump through to right-the-wrong were frustrating.
In all, the experience cost me some money and a hours on the phone to undo the damage. Hope this helps choose better than I did.

Heads up, guys: Donāt go to this store. They charge a $60 setup fee, but real Verizon stores donāt. This place is a third-party store. If you go to an actual Verizon store, you wonāt pay the $60. If you go here, youāll pay $60 plus Verizonās $40 activation fee.

Not all āVerizonā stores are the same. This store is actually a Cellular Sales store, a wolf in sheepās clothing, disguised to be Verizon, whose purpose is sales, driven by commissions, and not customer service. After a full week (it was in their possession) of attempting to get my new iPhone 17, I cancelled my order. A VERY frustrating experience!!! Recommend that you go to a real Verizon Store, a corporate store (thatās where Iām now going), thereās a difference!

This is not a Verizon store, itās a third party dealer pretending to be a Verizon store. They up charge significantly on all their products and services. Feels like a scam to pretend to be an actual Verizon retailer and not use their real business name.

I went into this store a few months back to switch carriers. The person who helped me goes by Chris. Now to start, Chris began to walk me through the upgrade process and said I could get the new iPhone 16 pro max for free with a 3 year plan. Great he said my bill would be $100 for unlimited everything. Great. Then he was doing math and numbers in front of me showing me if I added an Apple Watch/ second line for it then my bill would only be give or take $120/month with paying the taxes and fees before leaving. May I note he told me this included insurance on both items for any future incidences. My first bill comes around and for 1 it was almost $300 because of āactivation feesā even after I paid 150 at the store but what ever thatās the least of my worries. My bill after that month was $174 - $54 more than promised. Even after taking insurance off of my Apple watch we are still at $155
If this salesman is doing quick match on a paper in front of you and showing you the numbers before you agree you need to make sure he signs that paper and gives it to you or you are recording the entire conversation because he lied the entire time I was talking to him and now Iām paying 155$ for 1 phone and a watch. Right now t-mobile who has better service after looking at further reviews is a fraction of this price for the same duo and comes with extra goodies like Netflix, Apple TV, etc⦠moral of the story donāt let Chris tell you anything and everything he does tell you better be written down and signed and or voice recorded so you can get out of it if anything isnāt as he told you itād be.

Ahman was incredibly helpful and professional. He made the phone-buying process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their knowledge and customer-first attitude. Verizon never honored our trade in and was impossible to deal with. Paying final bill is the worst experience. Didnāt last 6 months before switching to AT&T

What an ease-filled experience I had aquiring a new phone (after my screen had finally cracked) at this location. David was a pleasure to work with! A gentle an highly efficient salesman without coming across as anything but meeting me where I was at, and a proficiency in taking care of a phone transition and transaction. I was in and out with a new phone ready to go, and accessories, in under two hours. Zero stress! Thank you, David.

I am so grateful to Chris and his staff. They were able to address my issue after I had already spent two days (one hour on the phone with customer service, as well as a previous attempt at a different store) that did absolutely nothing to rectify my situation.
Chris and his colleague (I didn't catch their name) took me through every step to ensure that my Home Internet service would work properly once again.
Additionally, he helped me see that I was not making use of particular services that I had been paying for but not using.
Thank you again Chris and staff!! I am grateful to you.

I came in to pay my bill and they couldn't do that! They did offer a hard credit pull to get me on a more expensive plan though. Are you really so commission based you can't even get me paid up on my bill? I left Verizon for T-Mobile after this. Beyond absurd!
