I was told to go here by auto insurance, State Farm. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an estimate. When I finally got an appointment for inspection I was told I would have to wait another 2 months before they could even begin the work! They said usually repairs took about a week, sometime 2 weeks if any additional parts needed ordered. At the beginning of my second week in shop I called to inquire. They informed me that my car would be ready by Friday of that 2nd which is today. I called today to confirm my car was ready, it was not. They informed me that additional parts had to be ordered and that my car would not be ready until some time next week. I do not know the quality of their work but, would highly recommend that no one use this shop due their apparent disregard to their customers in making schedule commitments.

Not open to the public, so don’t waste your time calling or going there. They solely handle insurance claims. Guess that insurance money spends better than any of ours!

Before I begin on the actual level of service my car received (or rather did not receive), I need to remark on a couple of things. First, I dropped my car off at Vintage Autoworks, and picked it up after the name/ownership? change at the same location, now called Classic Collision. Second, if I had been writing this review earlier this week, before I picked it up, it would have been far more scathing, but in the end they gave me some valuable information in the end about how to proceed with the claim to this car and the other car we have that will need repairs.I dropped my 2012 Subaru at this location for hail damage repair on October the 6th, picked it up on November 22nd (nearly seven weeks at this shop) and they conducted nothing more than an estimate and then gave it a car wash the day I picked it up.The day that I dropped it off, the receptionist (always very pleasant and generally seemed to be by herself as the front-of-house representative) told me I might hear from the hail repair team that afternoon or early the next week. After two weeks of essentially getting no information on progress and being on hold on the phone for a loooong time, I finally got an automated message from a service called "carwise" saying that work had begun, and also that their estimate was over nine grand (insurance had estimated thirteen hundred). Essentially this is where all work stopped on the car. Period. The "carwise" information indicated that the car should be completed on November 20th. I spoke with my insurance agent and just assumed that communication would continue with them since the shop did not seem to want to communicate directly with me.The appointed pick-up day came and went and I heard nothing. Not at all surprised, I called them the following day when they opened -- no answer, voice mailbox full. I called again at 9:30 that morning, giving them plenty of time to man the phone. No answer, voice mailbox full. So, I decided to go in that afternoon to make sure they weren't taking the whole week off for Thanksgiving (the week that "carwise" said that the work should be complete).I finally got some clarity on what was going on when I walked into the office that afternoon. Essentially, the shop had gone through two hail damage estimators during that time, so there was no one to push the information through to either the insurance agent or to me. "Carwise" was a completely separate automated system that was never fed the information that the process had stopped before it even started, and apparently was frustrating the receptionist. And finally, the shop had apparently (maybe that same day) come under new management/ownership.I assume because of the switch in management, there were two managers of some sort in the lobby. One of them read the info on the car's file and said it was disassembled (not true) and waiting for insurance to say ok (remember this was at least five weeks since the estimate was generated). The other manager said "is that the one that's in the corner over here?" and pointed out the window. The first manager said that he had a whole batch of things to talk with my insurance company about, could not see all the information that day due to the system change, but would call me the following morning after talking with insurance.I was out of patience, but obviously stuck if the car was "disassembled" and because I didn't have a ride. As I left the office, I looked over, and my car was not disassembled. So I knew that the following day, when I had a ride, I would pick it up.The following day, they washed their marks off the dents on the car, and I picked it up.Essentially, over the course of seven weeks, I was fed only untruths about the status of my car, and got a free car wash. Management can obviously not hire or retain good repair team members reliably. I will absolutely never think of getting a vehicle serviced here, perhaps the management change will improve things, but I would have a hard time being convinced

We had the hail damage to our Subaru repaired by this shop. They did a great job, finished in a timely manor, and worked with our insurance company directly to make this as painless as possible. Rental car company even picked me up from the shop. I'd use them again.Services: Painting

I paid over $6,000 to repair my car back in 2020. The first thing I noticed was that they broke an interior trim clip on a piece inside my vehicle, which now does not seat properly. On top of this the paint is bubbling in multiple spots and it's not even paint matched on the bottom of the door well. Overall they did a 1/2 assed job and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who cares about their vehicle

Been a customer with Vintage for many years and they recently repaired my 'just bought' GMC Yukon. Excellent work as always. Personable and professional, done right and on time. Can't ask for much more than that. Highly Recommend!

Less than 7 months after they painted and repaired passenger front bumper and door the paint is completely off, peeling, or bubbling. The door sounds and looks like bubble wrap from the paint not adhering. Do not go to them for anything paint related or trust them with paint. Now having to find a reputable paint place and be out a car all over again.

My repair shop recommended Vintage for some body damage to truck, I need to thank them for the recommendation, Vintage was GREAT! The estimate was easy (you need an appointment but no problem) and thorough, I was able to schedule the repair work reasonably quickly, the work was done quickly (communication with the front office was great, VERY nice group of people) and the cost was as estimated. The real surprise was when I picked the truck up, the cab of the truck was detailed!! Wow!Service: Body & Trim

Just visited for an estimate. People were very friendly. Greeted with a smile and a “we’ll be with you” even though it was very busy. Customer service was top notch.Only three stars because I have not had any work done. I’ll update once my car is fixed (in September).

Lack of integrity, communication, and organization. Not one person called me to update the status of my vehicle. Was told my car was ready only to show up to see my car still sitting in lot with no front end and had to wait another week. The ** was never available and no contact from owner after requests to be called. This experience proves that there is no accountability from the employees. They told me I was crying and could care less about making the situation right. Also threatened by employee outside and was told to move out of his way. My car was fixed but thats not the point! Good luck if you choose this State Farm approved shop.

Dont even think about going here anymore. They were a great shop and now they arent worth the problems they will cause you. Youre car will come out with more issues then it went in with and they have no idea how to work with paint anymore. They were supposed to fix drivers side and when I got it back they had over spray everywhere inside the car. Behind the gauge cluster, on the gps screen, on all interior trim and they had put swirl marks on both sides of the car and they weren’t even supposed to touch the passenger side. Then the owner tries so hard to make you think he wants to help get it fixed and sends it off to a bunch of other hack shops that make it worse. Forget about any of the three shops owned by these guys. Vintage, Bodys By Brown and not sue of the third but Vintage and Bodys by brown ended up causing and costing me over $5000 in lost value to my car. I cant even go into how many issues I had with these guys this list is ridiculous!!!Service: Body & Trim

1) I was told that Vintage handles OEM repair for several Toyota dealerships, so it made no sense that the shop was not able to get the correct part weeks in a row.2) I don't feel that Vintage "owned" my repair, more that the shop simply passed on status updates to me without being proactive on procurement.3) The factory anti- rock coating was not applied prior to the installation of the clear bra patches, as I was told would be. I asked the shop about this a week ago and have not received an answer.4) Tailgate and gas cap are not flush/ aligned with the new bed panel, and the tonneau cover was not reinstalled snugly (I will have to reinstall this myself)5) In the end, having the repair done was better than NOT having the repair done, but I felt like my truck was held hostage for 3 weeks unnecessarily.Trying to give a fair review, so the photos attached show Before and After.
