Have gritted our teeth through misunderstanding after mistake after misunderstanding. And gave grace repeatedly but today was the final straw. After definitely selecting the warranty the first two times on our order, somehow the 3rd time it got put together the employee (whom we will leave anonymous) must have forgotten to select it. Instead of understanding that mistakes happen the manger continually blamed us and refused to understand we tried to do everything correct. And then shamed me (by laughing in a condescending way) for not having a back up pair of glasses to have while my other pair got fixed withing the 30 day warranty. I was willing to understand and reach compromise the whole time he consistently didn't listen to me and just blamed us for something his employees did. I was even willing to accept nothing can be done after that kind of mistake but he just consistently blamed us. After mentioning I will be reaching out to corporate (which I will be doing on monday) he magically was like I will just fix it and it's no problem... I still don't have a spare pair of glasses and cannot be blind for 2 weeks... this was unacceptable...

Greeted as soon as we walked in, staff friendly and helpful. Results clearly explained. Insurance benefits explained. Was notified early that the glasses were ready for pickup. In and out in record time.

As a first time patient and being my first time needing glasses, the staff was wonderful! The exam went smooth and fast! Dr. Good was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything with passion! She and her team are amazing!!

The whole staff and eye Doctor wa helpful and showed thst I was a person . The eye Doctor was very knowledgeable and sent a referral for me to get thing check out that was found on the test they ran. Thank you

The most terrible customer experience. I went to Visionworks because they had more of a variety of glasses options. I have eye insurance and had a coupon I received in the mail. Since I had insurance the coupon didn’t apply…okay, no problem. The lack of customer service was the worst I have experienced. No communication, the employee I was assigned to, obviously hates his job, barely said three words to me and just told me after I paid it would be three weeks to get my glasses. He said “so, do you want the glasses or not?” When I replied “I guess so”, he was then irritated, I guess because he had to continue working? My glasses aren’t going to fit, I doubt they will even have the right lenses. Get lasik before you go here

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is 100% needed. The eye exam was rushed, but the lady up front did fix my glasses so I could at least drive while I waited for my new ones. I picked up my new glasses and cannot see. No big deal. I called about getting them fixed. I booked an appointment; the young lady I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. The appointment was at 11:30. Five minutes later, I got notified it had been moved to 11:15. I called asking why. The woman I spoke to was rude, cold, and told me they were doing me a favor by seeing me when it was them who messed up my glasses in the first place. I asked if I could still do 11:30 as I was still across town. I was told, “I will see if I can fit you in". YOU scheduled me. I asked to speak to management because of the rude tone and attitude. I was told I was speaking to the GM. I am going somewhere else because someone put an incompetent, impatient, and RUDE person in charge of this location. 3/10 but only because everyone BUT THE GENERAL MANAGER was great.

You need to update your Google hours. The time say your open Sunday until 4pm, I just got here from across town and you are closed. :(
Also the price for the same exact frames was $299 here at VW, but only $167 at Target! Huge price difference, shop around if you can. When an associate was asked if they realized their prices were much higher than their competitors, would they price match? The response was “ well we still sell them at our prices”. This may be true, but only because you’re in network for certain insurances, so you get more money out of the insurance companies I guess. Great business scheme ;)
Overall the person that got the sale from me was nice and very helpful and they had a very big selection thus the 3 stars. Ended up paying around $170 for frames plus basic lenses after insurance.

Everything went splendidly! I was greeted immediately as I walked in and everyone was so helpful! The doctors seem to know his stuff and gave me really great explanations for all my questions. Got my prescription and my PD and made my way out of there in great time.
