Merriah is amazing with dogs of all sizes and breeds. She is so patient, caring and has a calming nature. Our dog hates getting groomed especially when it comes to the hair dryer. Merriah covers her ears so it's not so loud and hurts and goes slow so it's doesn't get too hot. With other groomers she would come home and pout, give us the cold shoulder and find something stinky to roll in asap. She smells good but it's not over powering and perfumed.

Love this store and dog washing place. The staff is so friendly. The dog washing stations are so nice! It is so good to have instead of messing your own tub up. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, so if you can, go throughout the week.

Love this store, but the dog self wash is not as efficient. The shampoo was still coming out even when i just need the water to rinse my dog. I let it flow for a while, but it didn't clear off. My dog ended up scratching so much cause he got dandruff

Wag N’ Wash and their employees are fantastic! Have a dog that is afraid of people, and the staff was always understanding and helpful when we came in to wash him ?. They have a great selection of foods, toys, and more!

We stopped here to wash our two dogs after spending a week in the mountains. Staffed by helpful folks, this tidy location features several wash and dry bays, equipped with soaps for varying needs, brushes, towels, and even waterproof aprons! The staff offered help at gentle, non-pushy intervals, allowing us to care for our dogs without feeling hovered over! We had a great experience and will definitely be back after our next camping trip!

Update: I was contacted by the district manager regarding my review. It was explained to me what can happen during a grooming session. I appreciate the insight and communication. Having a better understanding of how these things can happen and why I feel better about it. Knowing how much the company cares and takes pride in getting back to their customers means a lot. We will come back in the future. My husband picked up our dog and brought her home from her grooming session. I noticed she was limping pretty bad. We looked had her back right paw she didn’t want to put on the ground. Her paw was shaved too closely. Almost like a “rug burn.” I understand accidents happen and dogs don’t sit still. However, it would have been nice to have been told at least. It’s a pretty bad that she is still limping being it’s Tuesday and was groomed on Friday. I’m not looking for anything in return or a discount. I don’t think we will come back. Just in the future if something happens with a dog, be honest with the owners. Photo taken Monday.

I have used Wag N Wash for all my dogs grooming needs since she was a pup. Our last visit a few months ago left my puppy sick and in emergency vet care because she contracted a cold from this establishment. My dog doesn’t go out with us. She a homebody & enjoys her own yard & privacy. This has been the only place she visit frequently & her vet is sure this place is what got my baby sick. The grooming area where they cut dogs hair & nails is constantly dirty and packed full of animals in kennels to be dried. The rest of the store is clean & spotless! Won’t be returning back because we don’t want to take the risk of her getting sick again.

I tried to get my dog groomed here and the groomers made zero effort to make my dog comfortable, they literally just stared at him while I got my paperwork together. So when he barked at them because he was scared, they refused to groom him. You’d think dog groomers would know how to interact with dogs and help them feel at ease.

Please if you love your dog so not take them here. I have an Alaskan malamute Husky that just got her whole beautiful coat shaved off of her yesterday and now it so uncomfortable it’s not even funny. The tech had no idea what she was doing and took on a job that was so far over her head and when I came to pick my dog up she wouldn’t even bring her out to mw she hid in the back I while attach what my dog was supposed to look like and what she looks like now. This dog is a service dog that was with me in the army and did not deserve this. Please never take your dog there. They gave us our money back but it will me months before my dog is comfortable again.

Great service and caring, knowledgeable staff! Hannah was extremely helpful, and her love for animals and their humans was completely a joy to be a part of. She is an asset to the company and our community!

GREAT place to give your dogs a quick and easy bath. Much easier than doing it at home. They give you everything you need and then some. Plus great toy and treat selection. As well as super helpful and friendly staff.

We have a 1 year old pup named Vega and she was getting very shaggy. Brenda C did an absolutely amazing job. She came home looking beautiful and smelling great. Will definitely be coming back.

Took my small dog there a while ago. Bought a self service wash and a nail trim. They quicked him, making him bleed, scaring him of that location. They only trimmed three nails and charged me full price and did not even have stiptic powder on hand to stop the bleeding. I could have done better at home and saved my dog the stress of going there. Never comming back.
