On 11/10 I had surgery and my prescription for pain medication sent to Walgreens at Kipling & Bowles in Littleton CO. The prescription was not filled until later in the day and my wife was unable to go before they closed to get the prescription. My wife went to pick up the prescription this morning 11/11 and they said their Pharmacist did not show up and they could not give us the prescription. I called the store manager and corporate customer service and they cannot do anything. I talked to store management & Customer Service Manager. They didn't seem to care and just reiterated policy while I'm in Severe Pain because they can't provide much needed medicine to expectations they set.Right now all of my pain meds have worn off and I'm in immense pain from my surgery yesterday. My options are to be in pain until Monday and get it from Walgreens or (what we've already done) call my Dr. Emergency line, have them transfer to another pharmacy, and then wait for that to be filled so we can pick it up. I'm currently waiting for the other pharmacy....Summary is I'm in severe pain for almost a whole day post surgery because Walgreens is unable to communicate to customers of their issues, fill prescriptions in a timely manner post surgery, or even allow them to be picked up when needed. It's ridiculous how much pain I'm in because Walgreens can't do their job with prescription medication. How many people are in unnecessary severe pain or worse can't get required life saving medication when needed. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy, if they can't provide medicine as needed, they should not be allowed to operate as a pharmacy.

Unbelievable! Picking up a prescription, and you think that would be easy? Last time I went inside to pickup my prescription and watched all the drive up coming and going. So this time I thought I'll use the drive thruI was the third one in line thinking this is great, 30 min latter I'm at the window seeing inside, there are at least 15 people inside at the window and now 8 cars behind me and ONE tech taking care of all the customers walk up and drive thru. Is King Soopers any better? I've been here 45 minutes and still waiting.

PHARMACY: Even the pharm tech "managers" are mean: had vaccine appointment, waited in line at counter and I got Bad Mood Tech ("Operations Manager", Lord help us all) Lyne Starkey who apparently received communications training by a drill sergeant?? Rude, impatient and w/o skill to compose herself. Geesh! If this is indicative of this branch, GO ELSEWHERE.

They don’t care about customer service here. Go anywhere else. Twice over the last 4 months, they’ve received 4 year-old daughter’s RX for her ear infection and they don’t bother to let us know they are out of the meds and they refuse to transfer the RX to a different location leaving it on us to the recontact doctors to have them call it into a different location. Shame on the staff at this location for making a little girl wait another 24 hours to get her meds for a ruptured eardrum. Do better.

I ordered photos online and I received a receipt for my order - but when I went to pick them up, Walgreens insisted that I hadn’t paid for them yet. I had a crying baby and a line behind me because ‘only one register was working’ so I tried to dispute it, showing them my receipt. The young girl working behind the counter was friendly and called two different managers over - the first one was an elderly woman who was very short, impatient, rude, and snappy with me as well as the girl working the register, who was just asking for help. The second manager came over and told me I wasn’t charged. I guess we’ll see if I get double charged on my statement or not, but the sass from the older lady was very unprofessional and unappreciated.

Was in a rush to grab a quick item from Walgreens and asked two team members who were engaging in a convo behind the counter where said item was located. The manager lady looked at me like I had a 3rd eye, shoot her head and pointed in the direction. As I walked away I heard her over say "How rude, we were talking" Excuse me? Im a customer looking to spend $ in your store. I should have been greeted proactively and maybe I wouldn't have interrupted their convo.

Worst experience I've ever had in a pharmacy. The pharmacist was beyond rude and not helpful at all. Refused to give me a prescription the doctor ordered. Doctor had to call and tell them that she didn't know what she was doing. Due to the delay I missed a day of work and wasn't able to do the surgery that I needed. All because of a rude and incompetent pharmacist. Do not recommend this place. Go across the street to CVS. Much less rude.

This Walgreens is a joke. I'm assuming they are understaffed but every single time I go to this Walgreens for a prescription I wait anywhere from 30-90 mins to be assisted. There is always a line down the isle anytime of the day. I finally had enough today and will find another location. The only reason I keep going back is because it's so close to my home. Walgreens y'all need to do better.

Terrible service-waited 20-30 min past my apt with the pharmacy and the pharmacist tech was rude and unapologetic.

Terrible. Was looking to transfer a prescription to this Walgreens and I stood at the counter for a very long time before someone finally helped me. After I explained what I was trying to do the person helping me seemed put out that they had to help me. I quickly changed my mind, went across the street to CVS and they were great.

The absolute worst customer service. Pulled up to the drive through pharmacy at 1:30 exactly. Lynn was beyond rude. I have triplets and a 4 year old in the car and she refused to give me my prescription because they were closed even though she was in the back and able to get my my prescription. I have never met someone more unaccomodating, unsympathetic, and un willing to help. Never go here and never use Lynn. She is THE WORST.

Be warned - Walgreen's digital passport picture service is unlikely to meet the needs of the UK online passport renewal service. This is based on my experience with this store. The UK website demands a .jpg format picture but Walgreens will give you a .bmp on a memory stick which is the wrong format and of too low a resolution to convert to an adequate quality .jpg (assuming you try the conversion for yourself). When I discovered this Walgreens had given me the wrong format I went back to request a .jpg picture and here is where my problems started. I told them their photo service should have known the .jpg requirement to be advertising they do pictures for UK passports. They said could not give me a .jpg picture and I was stuck with what I had. Apparently the technicians just follow a procedure and have not the control or perhaps the understanding of their digital photo system to be able to give you a .jpg. Phoning round a few more Walgreens locally produced no better results. At one, the resident "expert" on digital photos did not even show an awareness of the .jpg or .bmp formats. So you are warned. My experience here with getting a photo for a US passport was good.
