Absolutely the worst customer service. There’s too much to type with all of the things that went wrong on multiple visits. Insanely unhelpful staff who does the bare minimum and even then it’s a struggle. The worst.

The pharmacy can never get anything filled on time. There’s constantly a hold on it whenever it’s due to them just not wanting to fill it. They have told me my meds would be done in 20 minutes only to complete filling it after they close and forcing me to go without my medication for extra days. Don’t go here

Now I remember why I switched to King Soopers Pharmacy. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and never spoke to anyone much less heard a human voice. Every time my turn came up and it rang through, they would just pick up and put me back on hold. I'm on hold now with a different Walgreens with same results. Terrible Customer Service....No, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The manger Reed was rude about a return that didn’t say final sale and had a return value on the receipt. Didn’t want to take my return for no reason. Wasn’t used or opened. If items are final sale it’s needs to be specified. They took the return but was very rude about it. The manger and the sales associate. People these days need to learn customer service.

It is nearly impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone to speak to someone or ask a question. The hold times are ridiculously long, and the WHEN/IF the phone is answered, you immediately "Pharmacy, please hold.", followed by immediately being put on hold. This happens several times over a thirty minute period before becoming so frustrated that you give up and hang up. If I could give negative stars, I surely would. Avoid this store at all costs.

I had to pick up some items at Walgreens and when purchasing, the clerk, Renee, recognized that the contact solution I was purchasing was on sale for members. She looked it up and my bill decreased significantly.

I would love to speak to a manager. Yes you are open till 8 for the pharmacy, but I got in the drive through line about 7:45pm, with 2 cars ahead of me. One car was served, the second car was ignored for about 3min, then the lights turned down low and window shut. Poor service for those who need there medication.
