Well, most of the times my experience at Walgreens has been hit or miss. Walgreens either you knock it out of the park or you drop the ball completely! Today I am writing this review because of an employee Vincent at your Belleview and Prince location. Vincent exceeded my expectations with his patience and going the extra mile to find affordable pricing for my prescription. 5 stars to you Vincent for exceeding and going beyond!!

Submitted documents to print the same day at about 7pm. Online walgreens told me it would be done within 30 minutes. When I tried to pick them up at 8:30pm I was told they never do same day prints ordered after 3pm. Then they said the printer doesn't work but it would for sure work first thing in the morning...

I called the pharmacy at 530 to ask when my daughter’s medication would be filled. They told me at 7 pm!! I showed up at 7:10 and they said give us 15 minutes. This is RIDICULOUS you say it’s gonna be ready in an hour and a half and it’s still not ready. What are you people doing twiddling your thumbs and not doing anything. I don’t have time to waste!!

The worst store Walgreens owns. They routinely take 8+ hours to fill a prescription. Usually push it to the next day for no reason.

Pharmacy staff are rude and incompetent. After 4 hours of waiting for a “90minute fill” with multiple calls to check in, the pharmacist mockingly laughed and indicated that she could no longer guarantee fulfillment by closing. Had the prescription transferred to CVS, it was complete in 15 minutes.

I've been using Walgreens pharmacy for years. I used to go to Broadway & Evans because the pharmacist Luther was so kind & caring but he retired. Moved to the one on Broadway & Bellview. Priscilla, the pharmacist, was amazing. She actually cared about people with chronic illness. She quit & that location changed their hours. Moved to this location, it's been one headache after another. The drive thru isn't ever open. They never have my medicine in stock or call me to let me know. They say they will order, but its not guaranteed. Then they told me to call 5 days before its due so they can order to turn around to tell me they need the prescription 1st. I just found out they have a call center answering pharmacy calls. They have told me the wrong information several times. Transferred my prescriptions to the grocery store next to this location. I had no clue Walgreens price gouges. Walgreens can't beat the grocery store prices, especially with being cash pay. I hope to find a private pharmacy that carries my medicine. I'm done with big box pharmacies.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. My wife scheduled an appointment for immunizations at 4:15 today. When she went to the pharmacy she found it CLOSED ... now this isn't the first time has happened to us. Back in October my wife came down with Covid and we attempted to pick up a prescription and at that time found the whole store closed at 4:00. I don't know if this is a problem with this particular store or Walgreens in general but we are looking for a new pharmacy. Personal opinion but you'd be crazy if you continue to use this pharmacy or this store!

Drive thru not working and they claim it's broken!!! Now there are 2 locations near me with drive thru shut down. This is unacceptable. If not fixes within 2 weeks my family and Mother's all prescriptions will be transferred out of Walgreens. My #1 requirement is a drive-through since my moms prescriptions alone I'm here weekly.

The only good Walgreens I’ve ever gone too. After having a nightmare experience with getting my ADHD medication, Will (the pharmacist) went above and beyond. He worked with my doctors so well. I was in a rush to get my meds to make another appointment and he worked quickly to get them to me. Truly, a wonderful man and pharmacist. If only ever Walgreens could have a Will, the healthcare/pharmacy system would be better off.

Pharmacy is always busy, not enough people in the pharmacy. More then once I have waited longer for antibiotics/Medication then my vist with my doctor. Most recently I waited for over an hour and when I got there I was the only patient in the pharmacy area!If it weren't for my insurance making me use Walgreens I would go back to Kroger in a heartbeat!

Terrible customer service & rude staff. They refuse to answer questions on if they have a specific drug so that you know if you can submit a prescription there or not. They also instantly deny filling prescriptions for dogs because they don't have insurance even when the prescription costs a few dollars.
