Walgreens is the worst pharmacy. Their prices are outrageous and their customer service is worse. While King Soopers will run your prescription through the various discount options to find the lowest if your insurance won’t cover it Walgreens will not and the clerk will cop an attitude with you if ask. Even using good Rx the prices are cheaper elsewhere.

So, we have $200 worth of Vanilla gift cards from this Walgreens that are all "compromised" immediately when you activate and cannot use! Upon further investigation, this is a SCAM and do not purchase these Vanilla gift cards (or any others that Walgreens sells). Civil suits have been filed this year against this scam. So my question is, why is walgreens selling open ended compromised gift cards? Is Walgreens an accomplice in this scam?

I had trouble finding a product inside the store and my photo order came out wrong but Jason in the photo department was super helpful. He knew the store well and fixed my issues and was very friendly. I am glad to see that the Walgreens at this location is better than in previous years.

Walgreens sent me an email saying my prescription was ready to pick up. When I arrived, they said it wasn't ready and it would take a while to fill it...it was a small tube of steroid cream. I showed the pharmacy cashier my email saying it was ready, and she rolled her eyes and said she wasn't surprised they told me it was ready even though it wasn't. They made no effort to get it filled quickly for me, so I just left.
Update: when I did go back to pick up the medicine a few days later (during normal business hours) there was a sign saying "no pharmacist on duty, no medication can be picked up or filled." This place went from BAD to WORSE!

There is a worker there named Grant or Graham and he is the nicest kid. He has helped me and my husband a lot. He seems to know where everything is and makes sure we have found what we are looking for. He’s tall and thin and now has really really short hair and glasses. I hope his manager knows how good of an addition he is. This store seems to be turning around for the better. They are hiring better people who care about their jobs.

Recently read that Walgreens is planning on closing several thousand stores. Staff is horrible and provide no assistance. The pharmacy is terrible understaffed and can not be relied on to be open. We have transferred our business to another store. This store should be the first one closed

I went to your location on Coal Mine looking to get a Passport photo. When I finally got help, the young man asked me to come back later because he was going on break and the other person working did not know how to take a photo.
This would have taken around 10 minutes to get done but yet he refused. As I am leaving the store, I see the same person go out to his car in the parking lot. He hops into his Mazda 3 and I can see him visibly smoking pot or something out of a pipe.
It's great to know Walgreens has employees that are to busy to help customers because they have not had their drug break. Keep up the great work loosing customers.

it looks like nothing gets done, all the shelves were messed up. i don’t understand why there manager accepts this. my Girlfriend works for walgreens (a Different one) and this is just embarrassing.

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. The pharmacy experience was so bad it's dangerous to mental health. On top of everything, they tried playing games with medication prices thinking I'd just pay twice as much. Reporting to corporate!

Tried to call them and heard them pick up and put down the phone to put me on hold, then they just never answered the phone. We waited 10 minutes on hold like that.
