We are from northern Michigan in the Littleton area visiting family.
Unfortunately my wife developed an issue that required medical attention and needed a prescription. We use Walgreens back in Michigan so we tried this one by chance.
We were very happy with the attention and quick service we were given by this pharmacy. If we need help with prescriptions again in future in this area we will definitely by coming back to the Walgreens on Chatfield.

I am really tired of we are short staffed being the excuse for bad service. The lady was more interested in talking on the phone than helping the 6 people standing in front of her.
They have no problem harassing people to come pick up their prescription calling and texting but actually getting help at the store is a joke. What happen to the people being at the store is your first priority? No we are more interested in taking phone calls.

Pretty sure the pharmacist is a huge racist with caller id because every time I call I wait on hold for 40 minutes until I give up. This time I waited a whopping 1 hour and 27 minutes. That was also after trying to call the store directly multiple times whew I got forwarded and the pharmacist hung up EVERY TIME. Great location if you don’t want your meds sorted with insurance and such!

GO TO FLORA PHARMACY INSTEAD!!!
My husband has specialty medication he’s on. These guys kept me on hold for one hour. I finally just drove there. They had one customer and were not busy. Told me they don’t stock the meds despite what our insurance said. I had to continually ask them for help (can you tell me who does? Give me their phone number? Tell me next steps?) It was like pulling teeth.
In comparison, even though Flora pharmacy could not stock the meds, she called around for several hours to find a pharmacy that did, made sure it all was preapproved, and texted me updates.
There’s a lot wrong with US healthcare, but I firmly believe when you have to power to chose, you should.
I had to plead with these guys to do their job. Flora treated me like a person and helped me maneuver the draconian system.
Don’t give these guys your money. Go to flora down the road. She’s great.

Stopped by with my kids for some candy. They picked four items that showed 4/$5 and two that had clearance stickers. All items rang up for more than the tags showed, so the clerk grabbed the manager. The manager said the clearance tags change on Sundays and they haven’t been removed yet so the higher price is correct. When I asked about the other items she said she’s sure they probably show the price I expected, but are more since that’s how they rang up. The total price was about $4 more than the tags show and the manager wasn’t helpful just expected I pay the premium. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

I don't like to write bad reviews but this is my 4th time having a bad experience at the photo desk. They always tell me they don't have my order multiple times before they miraculously find it when I ask them to just look for it. The employees usually have a bad attitude and the employee last night was eating Dairy Queen while he was in the middle of helping me. I never got an email that the order was ready for pickup and the email arrived right after they gave me my box. Seems like the staff isn't logging what's being shipped in. I think this could be easily solved with more training and possibly a manager on site.

I needed the pharmacy, i called and was in hold for 30 minutes even though the website said they were open. Website says they are open and they are not. You can call and the voice tree says they are open with different hrs than the website. I called the front cashier and they told me they v are closed 12-2 so a 3rd different time. I've showed up 10 minutes after getting a text that scripts was ready and no one in the pharmacy, I even waited 20 minutes sign said they were open and it was 11 so not a meal break. They just suck but i have no choice until january bc my king cooper's doesn't take my insurance anymore.

When I am able to physically go into the pharmacy, the staff are generally very kind. However, if you try to call it can be nearly impossible to talk to someone and sometimes they just don’t answer the phone at all. I have a medication that I have to speak to someone in the pharmacy to refill every month, but when I tried to call this morning (4x!) the pharmacy staff put me on hold for very long periods of time and then just hung up the calls. During one hold I could even hear the staff in the background the whole time, then I heard him hang up after 10+ minutes of this. I was on hold during those calls for ~1.5 hours.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have any of my prescriptions ready whenever I go to pick them up. They always say to come back the next day at a certain time, then when I come, they tell me to come back the next day after that because they still don’t have it ready. Finally ended up just giving up on the prescription and never went back for it (probably still wouldn’t be ready). Never been to a pharmacy so slow in my entire life. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your gas and send your prescriptions else where. This whole Walgreens in general is ghetto and has horrible management.

I very much appreciate the help I got from Tina in the pharmacy. My insurance can make things hard, but she called them up for me and made sure they paid for my vaccinations. She administered the vaccines quickly and skillfully with no pain or stress and friendly and courteous the entire time. Thanks, Tina!

This pharmacy is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used. I’ve been waiting over a week for a prescription and can never get an actual human on the phone to talk to. This has happened multiple times.

I have had nothing but problems here and I continue to waist my time because it’s so close to my house. Tonight I got into drive threw at 755 and there was a car there they pulled off at 801 I know they close at 8 but I was in line before 8pm. My perception takes two seconds to get as it was ready. The pharmacist said absolutely nothing to me threw the sign in my face and closed the curtains. Then a few months ago my 5 year old son was very sick and needed medication and it took them 4 hours as I sat there and when they said they will fill it they came back and said oh no we actually don’t have it. It’s time and time again!

Worst location I have ever been to. We have switched everything over to CVS. Pharmacy is terrible. Had a prescription called the night before, called at 10:30 a.m., and they said they are working on it. Never got a call. Decided to go there at 1:30 pm. They told me to come back after lunch. Answering service has 12:30 to 1 for lunch.
