If I could give this Walgreens negative reviews I would. I was picking up a prescription arrived at the window at 3:45 pm. I saw two employees just walking around laughing not acknowledging me what so ever. I was finally greeted at 4:02 pm, keep in mind I had ordered my prescription previously and got a text saying it was ready. I didn’t get the prescription until 4:20. That’s 35 minutes of just waiting at the window for them to just hand me an already ready prescription. This was such a joke.

Disclaimer: I think the decrease in pharmacy performance and satisfaction is a nation-wide issue due to cost cutting/understaffing and poor employee management.
Unfortunately this Walgreens location falls into that category. When there are prescription issues, instead of a pharmacy employee working with my prescriber, I'm forced to do it myself.
The latest issue has resulted in a 1+ week delay and now I'm missing work.
I think it's time for everyone to ditch chain pharmacies and to use local or less greedy pharmacies.

honestly I never leave reviews but the ladies that work there so rude stood on their phones while I waited to check out and then put people on the phone on hold so they could continue to gossip DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS

Refused to fill the Dr prescribed medication, medication that causes severe side effects possibly deadly when stopped abruptly. She is NOT MY DOCTOR and has no knowledge of my medical history and what I need daily. I have regular visits with my Medical Dr for years and she had no right. I'm very knowledgeable about it all and this was the most unprofessional experience at this pharmacy I have experienced. I don't understand how she still has a job. It's really sad since I have always gotten great service until now. Can't understand why they are all closing when her boss and all of the upper management of this store and probably others to treat patients like this pharmacist did. But I'm glad her God Complex made her feel powerful making another human suffer..... Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs! TRUST ME

Had an appointment for a vaccine and checked in online 5 min early. Took 10 min to talk to someone and they told me I'd have to wait another 30 minutes. What a waste of time.

Makes the intersection of Bowles and Kipling look like it’s Colfax. Get your sign fixed, take the tarp down, and for god sakes would you get corporate in here to show this place what a Walgreens is supposed to be? Been a dump for years and CVS across the street is just laughing at you.

I have visited this pharmacy location in the past, purchased a certain item, in certain quantities, with no problems. Today, I was sold the wrong item and the wrong quantity. Within 3 minutes I returned the item. I was denied a refund, exchange, or resolution.

I need to change my perception pickup location immediately! The technician who answered my call, today 2/18/24 @ 12:50pm was the worst. So unprofessional. Yawning numerous times in my ear. When asked about a prescription sent to that location she was less than helpful. She’s the worst. Poor representation of the company but it seem she aligns with the ratings this location receives. Do better.

Would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I can't believe the attitude I got for checking on a prescription they told me would be ready 4 days ago. How are these people allowed to be in any sort of patient-facing position? Just insanely rude every single time I have called. Someone needs to teach these people how to interact with the general public and how to have some common decency. Everyone has a stressful job, that does not give you an excuse to take it out on and talk down to others.

This place is super small for such a large building.
We stopped in to pick up a prescription... the pharmacy staff is incredibly RUDE and SNARKY. I am sorry you have to deal with customers that are not feeling their best.... but that is not an excuse to be so rude. Will be moving my prescriptions to Walmart, at least, they treat you with respect.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I think in the whole state of Colorado. Incredibly slow to refill prescriptions, rarely have the prescriptions I need in stock and then have to "order" them from Walgreen's that are right down the street, long waits to speak to someone on the phone (most times you wait 10+ mins) and terribly unhelpful in getting providers to authorize refills or working with insurance. I have now changed to using mail order refills because of the level of frustration in dealing with this pharmacy.
