This place is super small for such a large building. We stopped in to pick up a prescription... the pharmacy staff is incredibly RUDE and SNARKY. I am sorry you have to deal with customers that are not feeling their best.... but that is not an excuse to be so rude. Will be moving my prescriptions to Walmart, at least, they treat you with respect.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I think in the whole state of Colorado. Incredibly slow to refill prescriptions, rarely have the prescriptions I need in stock and then have to "order" them from Walgreen's that are right down the street, long waits to speak to someone on the phone (most times you wait 10+ mins) and terribly unhelpful in getting providers to authorize refills or working with insurance. I have now changed to using mail order refills because of the level of frustration in dealing with this pharmacy.

Seriously the friendliest Walgreens I’ve ever been to! Stopped by to drop off a refill on my lunch break & Emma went ahead and filled it right then and there!

On 11/10 I had surgery and my prescription for pain medication sent to Walgreens at Kipling & Bowles in Littleton CO. The prescription was not filled until later in the day and my wife was unable to go before they closed to get the prescription. My wife went to pick up the prescription this morning 11/11 and they said their Pharmacist did not show up and they could not give us the prescription. I called the store manager and corporate customer service and they cannot do anything. I talked to store management & Customer Service Manager. They didn't seem to care and just reiterated policy while I'm in Severe Pain because they can't provide much needed medicine to expectations they set.Right now all of my pain meds have worn off and I'm in immense pain from my surgery yesterday. My options are to be in pain until Monday and get it from Walgreens or (what we've already done) call my Dr. Emergency line, have them transfer to another pharmacy, and then wait for that to be filled so we can pick it up. I'm currently waiting for the other pharmacy....Summary is I'm in severe pain for almost a whole day post surgery because Walgreens is unable to communicate to customers of their issues, fill prescriptions in a timely manner post surgery, or even allow them to be picked up when needed. It's ridiculous how much pain I'm in because Walgreens can't do their job with prescription medication. How many people are in unnecessary severe pain or worse can't get required life saving medication when needed. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy, if they can't provide medicine as needed, they should not be allowed to operate as a pharmacy.

It's a Saturday. The voiceline only says they are closed on Sundays. I called to fill a prescription, waited on hold for over an hour with no word.Decided to drive over to instead only to see the pharmacy is closed and the store employees just as confused as me saying the pharmacist just didn't show up today. This is the second Saturday this pharmacy has been unexpectedly closed.I've also tried going over on my lunch break during the week to find that they normally take lunch early and don't come back anywhere close to on time.I'll be transferring my prescription.

I went here yesterday to buy Halloween candy, the mix bags of Snickers/MilkyWay/Twix and I opened a few and they are OLD, they had that white coating you get on old candy. I also bought 2 bags of pumpkin shaped peanut butter cups and every single one was melted fully and reformed. I drove straight home so this happened in the store or in truck on the way to the store but I wasted a ton of money on this. Ridiculous, they need to close this store.

Unbelievable! Picking up a prescription, and you think that would be easy? Last time I went inside to pickup my prescription and watched all the drive up coming and going. So this time I thought I'll use the drive thru I was the third one in line thinking this is great, 30 min latter I'm at the window seeing inside, there are at least 15 people inside at the window and now 8 cars behind me and ONE tech taking care of all the customers walk up and drive thru. Is King Soopers any better? I've been here 45 minutes and still waiting.

PHARMACY: Even the pharm tech "managers" are mean: had vaccine appointment, waited in line at counter and I got Bad Mood Tech ("Operations Manager", Lord help us all) Lyne Starkey who apparently received communications training by a drill sergeant?? Rude, impatient and w/o skill to compose herself. Geesh! If this is indicative of this branch, GO ELSEWHERE.

Absolutely horrible customer service, pharmacy wait is unbelievably long, while the pharmacists are laughing away in the back. Refusing to help people who need their medicine, don't ever go to this pharmacy if you need your medicine.

The boss of the Pharmacy has a sign on his door that says: "sign on core, Or I will show you the door!" Who treats their employees like that?! Why is person in management? That is super degrading to his employees. This manager needs a Leadership class! If my employees were ever treated that way, I would show him the door! Leaders Inspire their employees not threaten and Degrade them! I hope Corporate sees this, and reaches out to me, so I can send them the picture of the sign. That is a gross management style.

As of late... the pharmacy has been incredibly helpful and timely! They have gone out of their way to make sure prescriptions are filled! There was a rough patch with covid and they were having a hard time getting supplies.... and employees were over worked and under loved...It's nice having a professional pharmacy back!

Was in a rush to grab a quick item from Walgreens and asked two team members who were engaging in a convo behind the counter where said item was located. The manager lady looked at me like I had a 3rd eye, shoot her head and pointed in the direction. As I walked away I heard her over say "How rude, we were talking" Excuse me? Im a customer looking to spend $ in your store. I should have been greeted proactively and maybe I wouldn't have interrupted their convo.

Giving the photo department a shout out as they were able to print my photo books as Christmas gifts even though my normal neighborhood store had such incompetency to do so. This store communicated the issue with me (they were short on printing paper) and hoped to have the delivery soon despite the freezing cold and snow. They asked me to call that night and verify they got the order, they did. The lady assured me the photo books would be printed the next morning and they were. They at least answered the phone every time I called and were polite - nothing like the store at Coal Mine and Pierce.

Worst experience I've ever had in a pharmacy. The pharmacist was beyond rude and not helpful at all. Refused to give me a prescription the doctor ordered. Doctor had to call and tell them that she didn't know what she was doing. Due to the delay I missed a day of work and wasn't able to do the surgery that I needed. All because of a rude and incompetent pharmacist. Do not recommend this place. Go across the street to CVS. Much less rude.
