This pharmacy is a clown show of incompetence. Randomly closing, alerts that your Rx is ready even it's not, rude, indifferent, and they never fail to miss the incredibly low bar they have set for themselves. This place is less than a mile from our house and we drive to the next closest to avoid this place. Beware, they will screw up your prescription and attempt to make you feel as though it's your fault. Avoid at all costs.

Denise the pharmacy tech was extremely rude and unpleasant. I asked to go through the drive tho because my face was so swollen. She said I had to come in and sign. I’ve always been able to sign for a prescription through the drive through without any issues.

The walgreens system is a mess. I am getting delivery confirmations for photo orders that the store says they are still showing in process. This is ATROCIOUS logistics from a multi billion dollar company. I'll never order from their photo service again.

I would rather get my prescription from a guy standing on a street corner on Colfax Ave than EVER return to this pharmacy. Completely unprofessional, understaffed, and I've never not had an issue getting a prescription filled here. Every time it's some made up problem as to why they don't have it or don't have it ready. I will absolutely never step foot in this walgreens ever again.

I usually understand when people are busy but I was in the car waiting on the drive thru on this Walgreens with my 6 monoth and 2 year old kid both sick to drop off a prescription for antibiotics. After I waited 20 minutes while my 6 month old was crying the gentlemen had the nerve to tell,oh you have to come inside to drop off your prescription. I told him I have always droped prescriptions on the drive through he told me. I cant help you this has changed you can only pick up from drove thru. I tried to explain that I can't go in with both my sick babies and he said sorry I cant help you. I call that lazy and unacceptable. This was obviously a lie as the location in highlands ranch was awsome and helped us with bo issues. This gentlemen seemed that he didn't want to work. Worst experience I ever had in my life.

Went for a flu shot and they wouldn’t even look at my health insurance card to verify if there was coverage because I had a prescription card too. We’ll shocker, the prescription coverage doesn’t cover vaccines. Even though they advertise free flu shots, they wouldn’t give me a flu shot under any of my coverage or for free. Debating seeking legal counsel for false advertising. Don’t shop here.

Do not go to Walgreens. Came in for a prescription for eye drops after 20 minutes post e-submission from MD. Told that it would take 30 min and customer waiting but after 45 min told that it would be 1 hour additional. Walked away and will never return to any Walgreens. The problem is that they are becoming a "vaccine clinic." Pharmacist juggling prescription fulfillment and providing injections. What are you Walgreens? Your loosing it. No customer seemed satisfied and your Pharmacist was over worked and stressed out. You've lost my business.

I finally switched pharmacies after multiple bad experiences. They are incredibly understaffed so you just wait in line with no end in sight. I imagine the remaining staff must be exhausted.

I went in this evening to get multiple prescriptions called in by my pre-op physician. I got there close to their closing time but it was not 8:00 yet. By the time they finished helping the person in front of me, The three women behind the counter literally closed the windows in my face, telling me that it was closing time. They were very rude and I am not surprised they only have two stars at this location. This is on August 4th 2023.

Highly rude. They refused to help with depositing money for a capital one account. Saying we dont do that no matter what Capital One says. We showed him the app and told him we wanted to depotist 900.00 he said oh NO we can only do $500. Wait you just said you dont do it at all now you have a Limit? I would like to talk the manager he than called the Lead out saying he was the store manager but when he said I'm not the manager i am just the lead so he couldnt help either telling me I need to find another store. I asked wh6 did he call you the manager if you're only a lead? He had no answer.

They did not allow me to return the expired covid tests I purchased 10 minutes prior. There was an entire shelf just full of expired tests. Didn’t think to look before leaving the store because you’d think if you’re purchasing something like that it would not be expired. Also the pillar outside of the store has been crashed into and not fixed for some time. Go to CVS or target. This place ain’t worth it lol.

I purchased an apple gift card and it was no good. After going round and round with apple I went back to walgreens. I opened a ticket and jump through all their hoops. I got a couple email replies saying they are working on it. Now over a month later I can't get a response. I paid cash for the card and have no recourse. I'm basically out $200 I guess. Don't buy a gift card at walgreens and pay cash. They will not stand behind the products you buy.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location! The staff is rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I called the day prior to check on my refill status, they said it will be ready in half an hr. I went back the next day to pick up, my refill but it wasn’t ready. This is a medication I can’t miss and I have to take it everyday. Instead of being apologetic, the pharmacy staff started arguing with me saying they don’t really have to stick to timelines! Another staff member said when my insurance didn’t go through, well you can come back for it next month in a sarcastic tone without even considering that this is a medication that I can’t function without! With all honestly, a staff like this wouldn’t make it for a day without getting fired at any respectable establishment!

This has to be the worst Walgreens in the country. It’s hit or miss if a pharmacist is present. Two months in a row and it takes an average of 3 trips per to be able to pick up a prescription. I just stopped by at 9:30 and could not get my prescription. 2 days in a row!
