If all the Walmarts I been to in Colorado hands down this is the only one I willingly go to. Even going out my way totally worth it. Their customer service line quicker and their store is clean and organized. Every time I swing by here need help their stuff is more readily there to serve and help. Much better atmosphere then all the others

When I tell friends that I shop at Walmart, they look at me if something is wrong. I happen to live close to one of the cleanest, friendliest, and nicer Walmarts around town and they went above and beyond with a recent cake order that I placed. Ordered a two tier, unicorn birthday cake for my daughter and not was only shocked by the quality of the cake, but their customer service as well. The cake was delicious with chocolate and vanilla cake, strawberry filling, and a very craftily decorated exterior. They even called me to the verify the online order and recommend a different frosting due to the construction of the cake?! Not lying, they need a shout out for all the sh*t they take from the public.

Kind of run down. Okay but not great - limited selection for a Supercenter. But the staff were very very pleasant and helpful.

This Walmart is disgusting and unkept. The carts are a mess and all outside. The bathrooms smells and there is trash everywhere.

This used to be a great store! But after yesterday I will never shop in this location again !! Tried to do self check out but only had 15 items per self check out !! Store was empty at 1pm yesterday but there was an employee shouting at customers only 15 items per self check out ! I had a woman in front of me who clearly had more than 15 items but store was empty so that's ok! Other lines were extremely long ! But this employee continued to harass this woman checking out and then shouted at me and my 4year old son ! I told her that's not exceptable behavior for her to shout at people and she ran at me screaming and shouting! I left and went to another line as my son became upset! She clearly had a problem and when I said something to the person checking me out he was also rude and disrespectful!! Other customers were also shocked and agreed with me !! I don't want to shop at Walmart ever again! We all are just trying to survive in this economy but I don't think that means being abused by Walmart employees!!

This was the worst experience at this Wal-Mart. The cashier was so extremely RUDE! The managers and all of their employees need to work on better customer service skills. Go to a training and have a meeting, so everyone treats all customers better!!! Or find another job!!

Store has most what one would need at a good price. The break down is at the cashiers where there seems to be a serious lack of staff. Also, thanks to thieves, most small items are locked up with over worked staff busy doing other things. For example, I waited for 20 minutes in automotive so they could unlock what I needed. They were helping people buying tires and stuff. Once my turn came up, they hopped right on it and were very pleasant about having to break away from the department to assist me elsewhere. If you're going to lock everything up, there should be extra staff walking around to assist customers. You can affors it walmart.

Months ago I made a mistake and wrote a review for the wrong Walmart store. I meant it for the C-470 and Coal Mine location. Once again I would like to praise the customer service of an individual named Rex. This guy works in the media/computer/entertainment section at this location and he is AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful. Too bad more employees aren't like this superstar! I had to get a HP printer cartridge and Rex came thru as usual with a professional and caring manner. Can't put him on a higher pedestal. Give him a hefty raise! Thanks, Rex!

I have moved to Colorado from Ca, 2 years ago. My PTSD was not showing any signs of improving. I never left our home, and when I did, my service dog had to work the entire time to keep me stable. Since moving to Colorado, my service dog had to retire due to severe arthritis. I've been working with trainers on my new service dog. (We still have our original dog too) in he just completed the Colorado K-9 Federal/Prison training program. Ok that's my back story..... I am now able to go to stores (my husband is still in the store) shop by myself with no anxiety, fear, PTSD panic episodes. Now for Walmart: we are greeted in a very friendly manner when we arrive. Employees say hello to me, I am not self conscious or fearful that the store is angry. I want to thank Walmart for the kind treatment and respect I am given. We actually find reasons to shop there.

The manager Jasmine is the worst of the worst and treats people horribly today I witnessed her parade of senior citizen who work there in front of everyone. She is not professional, and she should not be working there. I will no longer be coming to Walmart because of Jasmine. I had an issue with her a few months ago and she continues to be unprofessional, discriminatory, and straight up rude.

went there to pick up a blemish tool (2$) we asked for help and had someone undo the "stop lock". was told they could hold it or we had to go to check out now to purchase it. felt treated like a child and I couldn't finish my shopping. someone had to ring us up so we could buy it.

As a general rule, I tend to avoid going to Walmarts. But this loation was actually easy to navigate, that or I know where exactly where to go to get what I need to spend as little time as I can since all Walmarts are set up basically identical. The Deli and Hot foods sections were clean and fully stocked and check out was simple and hassle free. I really dont expect much from the employees but they were not as egregious as I was expecting, so thats a plus. A might return to this location when Im in the area.

Have you ever seen a Walmart that hasn't been locked down with endless aisles of locking cases? Well, this store still believes there is good in humanity! Has a lot of their collectibles out on store shelves, properly displayed and purchaseable. Which is interesting, since they also have a few people readily available in electronics to assist with anything as well. Only downside; Most of their video games are older versions of stuff, or just the brand new, overly-hyped releases. No obscure treasures here.

Hmmm... I'd rather get an enema than shop at this store. This isn't my usual store, but it was on my way home from a friend's and I wanted to pick up a few things for an upcoming trip. Gripe #1, they wouldn't unlock the women's changing room for me to try on a pair of shorts. Gripe #2, the staff act like they are zombies or heavily medicated. Gripe #3, one of the cringy male employees kept following me around through the store. Pro tip: Avoid at all costs.

Had a horrible experience with an employee in the toy isle, she got so worked up that she went and got her manager and asked her to kick me out of the store! There was a sweet old lady with white hair working in the toy department, who is very kind, but it was another lady with long brown hair who was the rudest employee I have ever met. This was all because I asked to buy a case of Hot Wheels off the pallet that was on the floor already, she said that I was not allowed to buy anything, and that she was taking all the cases to the back room. I told them that I have known of Walmart stores where employees will search through the Hot Wheels cases in the back and then buy the cars that they want on their lunch break before the customers have a chance. So these employees refused to sell me a product that was already on the store floor because they want to buy it themselves. I will be reporting this incident to corporate because this is very wrong and should not be happening.
