No one works at this store. The lines are outrageously long and you camp out every time you go in. No cash accepted or given except cigarette counter check out! HIRE PEOPLE

This store does not answer their phone. They promised deliveries, they don't call back the managers. Don't call back if you get lucky to have somebody answer the phone to take your information down. Who is probably lying about taking your information down to give to the manager? I will never shop at this store again. On having all of my medications transferred to Amazon because yeah. Your store sucks

DO NOT DO ORDER PICK UP FROM THIS WALMART. I have tried multiple times and each time my order has been delayed by over an hour. Today I order 8 things. They had over 6 hours to get the items. I received the notification after the pick up time saying it was delayed. And it was over an hour after the pick up time and it was still not ready. So I canceled and just shopped myself. Took me less than 20min. Just not worth it. Nothing against the workers, they are clearly understaffed. Do better Walmart.

One of the more decent Walmarts. Yeah, they're a little pushy at the doors for receipts. But, in this day and age where crime is almost cinematic, you can't blame them. Overall the people are friendly, decent variety of things.

The self check out people are so rude! If theft is that big of a problem, close the store! Treating customers like criminals is offensive. Walmart has no morals.

It's hard getting hold of people at this Walmart on the phone. Perhaps the store is understaffed. But when I do shop at this Walmart on West Quincy I find the people are professional and helpful. I appreciate a phone professional being on site. The people electronics are really efficient. My interaction with the employees at the store is always positive. This includes pickup representatives.

They don't have a very big selection on there women's cloths & shoes. Staff wasn't very friendly. Other than those 2 things it was an ok Walmart.

This morning at Walmart, I endured a lengthy wait in line with an unpleasant cashier.
Frustratingly, I had to bag my own groceries despite spending a significant amount that should have qualified me for bagging assistance.
To add insult to injury, a team leader nearly collided with me while carrying a large box, no apologies at all Overall, the experience was far from "brilliant," the Tl who lacked home training I believe that his name was Zack.

Please be aware if you do online order pickup. That's the ONLY way I've been shopping for the past year. Recently someone tried to hack my debit card. Delete your card info after each purchase if you have to shop here! The Wal-Mart app makes you save your card information before you purchase and then your card info stays saved on your account.
