I came in today at 2:30 PM. I stood there waiting for a banker or manager to acknowledge that I was there. I saw 2-3 bankers in an office joking and chitchatting and they even looked over bun continued on. The gentleman in line in front of me also was looking around for a banker. There was a manager or someone like that sitting behind the desk where the tellers were, she didn’t even look up. I did see one Banker at his Desk working with a client.It’s a terrible feeling. when you walk into a place that holds all of your finances, I’ve been a member for 13 years fyi, and they don’t even acknowledge your existence because they’re too busy in their office having their personal conversation instead of helping their clients. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. I am more and more disappointed with Wells Fargo with every experience.. I hope that in the future, you will pay more attention to the people that come into your bank to do business. Wells Fargo would be nothing without their clients. I will never return here.

Do not use Wells Fargo if you are a small business. They froze our account on a fraud check without notifying us, and only when our employees started to cash their paychecks did we realize. And even then, corporate was telling us they should redirect if the staff takes it to the branch manager level-- but the manager at this branch told one of our employees they couldn't cash her paychecks. Remains to be seen how far this fiasco will go and how badly it will hurt our small business. STAY AWAY!

What happened to Wells Fargo customer Service. Have called 3 different Wells Fargo location and 3 phone # for people who work there - NO ANSWER to any call between 4:00 to 4:10. Office hours say til5pm - Apparently that is no longer true

I went here the other day to try and recover some money anf they only gave me 8.35 for the nine 35$ overdraft fees they gave me. Wells Fargo still corrupting lower income people. I will be leaving this bank after 12 years of their misuse of my money.

NO HELPFirst, the employees here weren't all wearing mask properly. 1 girl behind the counter had hers completely off, another gentleman was wearing one of those shells that doesn't actually protect others. It really isn't that hard and you've had almost a year to get a proper mask by now..Second, I had my car broken into and my wallet stolen.. long story short I needed Temporary cards until I get the new ones. They needed my photo ID which I had a picture of but said they couldn't help me. They weren't "allowed" without the physical copy. So I went to another location and magically they were able to help me and the picture of my ID works just as well.

This branch is great, but my review leans more towards banker Jordan Pacheco. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and helped me so much with an issue I was having with my account. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I’m not used to that at a bank!!! So thank you Jordan!!

If I could give SW PLAZA 0 stars I would. The worst customer service. Our regular branch is closed due to KungFlu. We have had to go to this branch ~ Big Mistake. We have had deposits returned ~ days later. Today the teller refused to cash my check with proper ID. I walked out pissed! Took my business to the Sheridan location and had ZERO problems. Of course it took more time & driving for me but who cares right?!? Maybe they would care if we removed our accounts & mortgage ~ I doubt it.

The mortgage banker and manager at this location have no interest in providing customer service. They took glee in saying that nothing related to my mortgage and automatic payment schedule could be handled in the branch. Basically, they were going to call the same 1-800 number I have been dealing with for a week but told me they didn't have time to wait on hold. The banker complained about the lines of customers that waited outside, during this virus crisis, and how hard it made his job. When I asked if I could leave my information for follow-up at a more convenient time, he smirked and said he was "off" all of next week. I will be doing all I can to distance myself from Wells Fargo and to share on social media how truly dangerous and crass this bank is.

This branch has always been super friendly with me and I just opened up a bank account with them not too long ago for an everyday checking account. The woman who helped me was Dominique. She was super friendly, answered all my questions when I asked a lot of them, I felt she was super honest, and I hope people there keep up the good work! :)

This Wells Fargo location is not the closest one to my apartment, but I keep finding myself driving the extra couple minutes any time I need to physically go into the bank.

I am unfortunately stuck at this bank as a business customer for the time being. They do not care about your financial well being one bit, you are just another number here. If you are a potential business client I would strongly urge you to go to a smaller/local bank.
