This place fires employees who film shoplifters and help police catch the shoplifters...what kind of Communists are running a store that does this????

Everyone here has a bad attitude and seems to hate working here. Especially the older employees at self checkout. Like it's such an inconvenience for you to be polite and do your job correctly.

This Location is pretty awful, the manager there on July,18,2021 at 4:55 pm was of no assistance to a lot of customers who needed help. Denied any money services to be done. Very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills

Terrible I understand that we need to wear mask but I had lifted mine down for no more then 3 seconds to smell a brand of coffee I had thought about purchasing. Then a employee rudely stated put your mask on with no manners or understanding of the situation or what I was doing then as I tried to explain myself he walked away as if I was lesser then him. I put all of my food down I was going to purchase and will never return to this location after being a customer here for the last year or anywhere I have never been so insulted and am happy to take my business elsewhere.

This place will waste your time. They shut off cooler lights hours before closing time (should not occur any time before closing). They try to "hustle you out" (attendant's words, not mine) by misleading customers on how much time is left, causing us to rush, wasting more time. When we ask for where stuff is, the lead stocking lady says I can just "read the sign," when it is hard to read if you have some visual impairment (this may be a federal/ADA or state violation, as is the early shut off of the freezer/cooler lights). And when we were close to the closing time, within which our beer could have been scanned well before the midnight, the clerk keeps screwing up the birthdate for a couple extra minutes. Had to leave the $120 worth of groceries and beer behind. Didn't feel right to reward them with any purchase.

Picked up a few things today and let me tell you, if Scotty is your checker, walk away. Miserable, cranky and bearly acknowledged I was there. The bagger asked me all the questions this troll should have. On the other hand, I went to customer service to get something and Lekesha saved the day. What a sweet women! Friendly helpful and a real 5 star employee! No stars for the dipshit checker Scotty. Thanks Lakesha!!

This review has been long overdue! I only shop this King Soopers when I am visiting my s.o, which has only been thrice so far. 1/17/2020 James was both polite and eager to help me with my shopping experience. He enlisted the help of Monty (whom I think works in the meat department) to search for the flank steak I needed. With their help I was in and out of the store in enough time to cook my special "Caldo de res," for my special person. He happened to be ill, so thank you both Monty, and James. Now, I have another experience that was completely different from the service I received from the gentleman aforementioned. I had yet to post this review because I needed to gather my thoughts, and approach this situation thoroughly. I will withhold her name, for her sake: 12/24/19 I made a beeline to the western union booth to procure some christmas dough (a gift from my parents). I should have been in better spirits, but I was exhausted from personal holiday dramas, and in no mood to socialize. I kept it very short with this employee, only speaking when she needed information from me. At the end of this transaction she says to me,"I'm so glad you were able to receive some assistance this time of the year." Now I ask anyone who reads this review: what made her think "I needed assistance?" What would possess this woman to say something so ignorant? She knew nothing of my situation, she didn't even remember my name after she typed it in. Maybe I looked like someone in distress? Needless to say, her comment left me floored and offended. I have my speculations, and will thus end this review with a quote: "Prejudices are the chains forged by ignorance to keep men apart"- Marguerite Gardiner.

Literally have people shoplifting in the back and because Im homeless, I get profiled. Update: Came in a second time to purchase food and got profiled again by a worthless f****** cashier trying to interrogate me as to what I was buying. Even after making a complaint to the manager, the only f****** thing they did was sweep it under the rug and then tried to turn it back on me with gaslighting and sexism saying, "oh really? Like what? What did he do?" As if what fuckface? Im doing this for my health? How about instead, if this s*** happens again, you're going to have a lot more to worry about than just fielding complaints. Get my meaning? If not, Ive got plenty of other means to help with that.

This is an older and smaller King-Soops than the 3 others in a 3 mile area, but it is my favorite one. There is ample parking - I like being able to park easily. All parking spots are pretty close to the store entrance. The shopping center it is in has a Starbucks, an awesome Donut shop, liquor store, gym, and a number of restaurants. I miss the Radio Shack that was once there. Although the King-Soops stores have a common general layout, this store is easy to traverse side to side and up and down. The product offering is good for our everyday needs and even fine for throwing together most special events. They are very responsive to getting new products on their shelves. The pharmacy is well run and the staff has a good relationship with their patrons. Jay, Adrienne and others know their patrons and treat them with respect, care and like their own family members. This is very comforting to see. The other store staff (Dee, Jenny, Elaine and others) are extremely friendly and very helpful, which is important to me as a shopper, even though we've patronized the store very regularly since 1992 and don't need much assistance. It's also encouraging to see young employees start their work careers there and see them develop and grow as wonderful, productive young men and women. The one downside to the store is that it's not open 24/7 anymore. We appreciated that when our children were young. Having it open all the time gave us as young parents ourselves, a sense of ease that should we have an emergency, they were there and open to help. Regardless, it is truly a wonderful neighborhood marketplace for us and we feel very fortunate and pampered to have them around!

Doesn't have to be huge and have every option in the world. It is a smaller store, perfect for the area, easy to park, with other food, liquor, Starbucks, gym, and more in the same shopping center. The employees and managers are very friendly, attentive, helpful.

This is not my favorite location. It's smaller, and the layout is very strange to me. As a result of the smaller size, they don't have the same variety or volume of options as my regular store. I tend to stop by on whims, and each time I leave disappointed that something I normally get at my regular store isn't available. Also, I've noticed some teenagers hanging out in front of the store, asking people if they have lighters they can borrow the past two times I stopped in. Gave me a weird vibe.

This is my favorite King Soopers to shop at for my groceries and home supplies. It is a smaller store and much easier to find what I need. The workers are always helpful and check-out is usually less than five minutes. The produce and bakery items are always fresh. I highly recommend this location.

I would suggest going to the other ones located right up the street. The staff usually has a bad attitude and are not helpful at all. I walked by and Adolf was too busy complaning about someone he worked with to help me, He also said thank you to everyone as they left but nothing to me. Mike the manager is even worse. I do not even talk to him because he does not seem to make any changes or care about the issue you bring up to him. They are usually out of stock on a lot of items or just do not even carry them. My family has been shopping here for 20+ years, it has just gotten worse.
