This is a bad company. The pharmacy has zero work ethic, they will lose your information, and they don't care. Only part of your script can be filled? We don't care. Can't take your medication? We still don't care. I have no idea how a company so mismanaged continues to be in business.

We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and the staff are socializing with each other rather than helping the customers in line!

Every time I come to the drive through, it's clear people are showing up and ordering their prescriptions at the window and the team at Walgreens supports. I order in advance and takes me one minute to pull up, pick up and depart. Why do others order at the window and why does Walgreens honor? They are so short staffed as well and take eternity to pick inside or drive through. I wish they would assess what needs to happen and push back on the inconsiderate customers and make them order in advance.

For a pharmacy this has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy ever. I've never liked Walgreens due to all their policies but as far as Walgreens pharmacies go, this one is the worst. I have never waited less than 30 minutes in line, but the single lane for drive up and ineptitude of the staff makes the wait near an hour just to get your scripts and then it's usually wrong. All of my prescriptions got moved here when Rite aid closed and I've been tolerating it for a few years now. But no more, I've reached the end of my limit and gave this store plenty of time to improve but now that covid has made it even worse I'm finally going to go through the headache of changing pharmacies. You'd think that due to the craziness of the world these days that they would be a little friendlier, a little more helpful and to try and be more accommodating but the opposite is true. I never thought of pharmacies being in a position of power until I experienced them making sure I knew they had it and I did not. Who ever would've thought? If you ever questioned whether or not discrimination was still an issue in America, visit this walgreens and you'll know it's alive and well today. And that's terrible for any business but especially one that's supposed to be in the business of helping people. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. I called in my refill on a Friday and was told my medication was out of stock and would be filled Monday. I called one hour before closing on Monday to ask why my medication was not ready and was told "it was on back order" and I would have to call my doctor for a different medication. Understand this is now 45 minutes til they close and there is no way I can get an after hours prescription called in that fast. There are severe consequences and side effects if I don't take my medication. I asked why I wasn't informed earlier and was given an excuse about being taken off of text notifications. They must have forgotten the phone calls out too. I asked her to please allow me to pick it up at another location and she proceeded to yell into the phone "I have apologized and there is nothing else I can do because you won't listen." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Rachel in the pharmacy is a vile human and treats people who are simply seeking their medicine with little to no respect. She has my 67 year old mother upset every time she comes there. We have switched over our prescriptions and will no longer be customers.

I have had many times where everyone I encounter is helpful. This is my regular store for prescriptions, etc. and they always help me navigate how to figure out insurance changes and coupons for my regular medications. One small disadvantage is that even though Cheryl in the pharmacy has great intentions, her conversations and lack of boundaries with patients is super unprofessional. Multiple times, I have been in line and she is having lengthy conversations with customers and going into personal detail that frankly, should not be happening. I (just now) attempted to make a flu shot appointment online and it said the system was down. I called and Cheryl replied with "just come in, we don't pay attention to those and never see appointments anyway." It's just unprofessional but other than that, I've had all good experiences with others.

In the midst of quarantine- I'm so grateful for the help and customer service in the pharmacy. They could answer my questions well and helped me navigate how to pay cash for a Rx I was going to run out of after losing my job. Everything was ready on time and they were plesant to interact with in the drive through.

This Walgreens is right by my house and I will probably be driving further just to avoid this place. The pharmacist was rude and obviously has no passion for her job or just lacks people skills.

I have had multiple bad experiences here. There is a pharmacist here named Chris that is absolutely awful to deal with, not helpful at all.

My one stop shop for hair gel, prescriptions, and energy drinks. Nice and clean - friendly staff. The only odd thing about this location is the guy living in a motor home in the parking lot. He's been there for months - big eyesore for the neighborhood and the store. Not sure why Walgreens is allowing this.
