I appreciate that Ann Taylor sells suit dresses as part of a matching set. I am an attorney and they can be difficult to find. I came in ready to purchase up to 2 suit sets, but was immediately racially profiled by the sales associates. Ann Taylor would truly benefit in sending their associates to implicit and explicit racial bias training.

I’ve been shopping at Ann Taylor since the 1990s and I just had the worst experience ever at any AT location. Maria greeted me within 5 minutes of my shopping and a few minutes later, when I had clothing in hand, she came by to put them in a fitting room. Kristie also offered to put clothing in a fitting room for me. Exactly what I’d expect from AT. But that’s where the service stopped. Once in the fitting room, I was completely ignored. No one offer to get different sizes or help in finding other things. Meanwhile, in the fitting room across from me, Kristie was giving top level service to another customer. She offered suggestions to the customer and made multiple runs for different sizes. It’s unbelievable that I was completely ignored. It’s the first time I’ve ever decided to make all my purchases online so that this store doesn’t get credit for it. That’s how bad the service was at the Park Meadows location of AT.

Went in to get new outfits for work and Cindy was so kind and helpful! She made so many great recommendations and was so patient as I tried on everything. I left blown away at the level of customer service and so appreciative of Cindy and her taking the time to assist me. I highly recommend working with her!

I had an amazing shopping experience here, all thanks to the wonderful assistance from Julie and Sarah! I came in looking for a pant suit, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to find the perfect fit and style. Julie took the time to understand what I was looking for, and Sarah expertly guided me through different styles and fits until we found the perfect match. Their patience and eye for detail made all the difference. I highly recommend visiting this location!

Went on March 16th. Saturday, and they were very busy. Still, I was looking at a suit. A very nice blonde sales lady offered me help. I wanted a black suit but they did not have one in my size. She offered me a navy one instead. It works. Thank you again for being really, really, busy but still accommodating me.

My girlfriend enjoys shopping here, and every time we go we observe the sales ladies never welcome her or ask if she needs help, never even looks at her to acknowledge her, and they seem to be more interested in chatting behind the counter. It is such an unwelcoming and disappointing experience considering the amount of money that my girlfriend continues to patron to this location. We question whether we can continue to support this location due to the lack of customer service. Even at checkout the sales ladies act as if they have something better to be doing and make her feel like she is causing them the inconvenience which in turn makes her feel uncomfortable, and awkward. I hope this review helps in improving this location, as she really likes the clothing styles Ann Taylor has, however for the amount she spends there, the experience should be far more welcoming.

I mostly order online and take returns back to this location if needed. While at the store I will try on some new things! I've never had a customer service issue, love Ann Taylor.

This location has shorten their hours and they’re now closing on Friday night at 6:30 PM and opening on Saturday morning at 11 AM. They don’t have their hours posted on the website and they don’t have their hours posted on the door so you go all the way over to the mall and there’s nobody there. Terrible customer service and not what I would expect from Ann Taylor.

One star is for the clothing. I used to love going here. As a petite curvy woman who needs a suit for work this was the place to shop. Four young girls were "working" NOT ONE asked if I needed help as I carried 12 different items to the fitting room. The four girls "working" remained behind the counter talking to each other and looking at their cell phones the entire 35 minutes I was in the store. NOT ONE checked in on me once. I left with nothing except the fact that I will never shop there again.
