Ann Taylor had great customer service and kind helpful sales lady. They reported patient assistance, many great recommendations and a help while accommodating even when busy. A nice blonde sales lady offered help, suggested a navy suit when a black suit was not in size, and worked to find the perfect fit and style. The level of detail, patience and eye for detail made a difference. They could try on new outfits, order online and return items without issue. The experience was described as amazing, wonderful and highly recommend. Overall the store was appreciative, taking time, helpful, kind and patient.

I have always received excellent customer service, and I've been shopping here for years! I order a lot online and sometimes I need to stop in with a return, they are fast and efficient. I'm so glad they have a store located near me in Park Meadows!

Katherine was amazing and went above and beyond to help my teen find her first suit. She was so patient and gave a ton of helpful ideas. She steamed the suit too. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the clothes. She helped style the suit and gave great fashion advice. Thank you so much.
