Had a bad issue with my daughter’s phone. We went through a bunch of steps to fix it online but couldn’t get it finished. We went in and Kristy greeted us and immediately greeted us, listened to the problem and said they could correct it.
She was fast and took care of our issue in just a couple minutes.
We can’t thank her enough!

We went in for a battery replacement and a phone replacement. Parts were already ordered. The girl that helped us was very terse and fairly rude, none of her coworkers were. She also bailed half way through the process and didn’t transfer us to a coworker. We had to get help from other Apple Store employees.
My review is only partly about today’s experience which took about 5 hours all told (yeah. It sucked). The rest of the review is how much I feel like I’m left holding the bag with Apple “care”. If we wanted to skip the store, a $1400 hold would have been applied to my card. Fine, I get it. But the phones don’t retail for $1400, they didn’t sell for that either. So where is this number coming from?
I’m contemplating leaving the Apple ecosystem after being in it for 16 years. Your apple care experience is terrible. And I paid for the experience too, that’s the worst part. It just makes Apple seem greedy, yes I realize you are, but you at least used to lie to me about it.
Your Apple Store is so incredibly loud and awful to be in and to top off your 90 decibel store, you have folks get on loud speakers and give presentations. Presentations like how to use the photos app, that has like one bored old dude only half listening.

I made an appointment a week prior, thinking that a semi-holiday during the week would be less busy.
When we arrived, there were more employees than customers. It took a minute to be checked in. Another 5 minutes after the appointment time to have my technician come over. I ran the diagnostics they asked and made a back up prior.
Another 5 minutes, they had my iPhone, ready to replace my battery. He said to return around noon.
We returned a few minutes passed noon, took longer to check in. The technician that took my phone recognized us fortunately and he said he would let them know we were on site.
A few minutes later, they were handing my phone to me with a new battery.

This Apple Store is one of my favorites! It has a very convenient location and is always clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly, patient, and professional — they always take time to explain everything clearly and help with any issue. The service is fast, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I always feel welcome here and highly recommend this location!

Horrible experience with Apple Store and customer service today. I had an appointment. Waited 40 minutes and I never called upon. No help. No answers. Just sat there as people said my name was highlighted when I asked when I was going to be helped. What does that mean? Horrible customer service. Apple needs to do better. Everyone just seemed like they wanted to go on their break. As I could hear several say going on their break while no one was helping.

I’m in the store and there is someone encouraging their kid to RIDE A BICYCLE around the store. Store employees and security are doing nothing about it.

I placed an online order to pick up my new phone during my work hours, hoping to save time and avoid unnecessary conversations with store staff. However, the pick-up process was far from smooth.
The guy who was handling my order, made things incredibly difficult. He didn’t give me my phone until he had asked me a series of questions and shown me items and information about phone camera and etc that I hadn’t requested. He even asked , for whom I was buying that phone, also about my previous phone and what accessories I might want, which I politely declined.
After a frustrating 15 minutes of being held hostage by his questions and unwanted displays, he finally handed me my phone. It was a complete waste of time and effort.
If someone orders something online to pick up, it’s expected that we don’t need to waste time. We simply need to go pick it up and leave. I strongly recommend that the store manager address this issue and provide clear instructions during the pick-up process to prevent similar situations in the future. I’m unlikely to schedule any pick-ups at this store location again.

Waited over 35 mins after our appointment time. We checked in and sat down as instructed. No one asked if we had been helped that whole time and watched walk in get service before us. What is the point of an appointment. Completely unacceptable experience from a place that charges a first born child for a computer

I am not really sure what the point of making an appointment is because I have never been helped within 30+ minutes of my appointment time even when I arrive early. Just expect them to take about an hour from your scheduled time.

I’ve been an Apple customer since my first job working for Apple. Every product I own is Apple, and I genuinely love the company but this store is the absolute worst.
Every single time I come here for a scheduled appointment I end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour past my scheduled time. It’s consistent, every visit. There’s no respect for your time. Why even have an appointment system if you’re never ready anywhere near the scheduled time?
It’s gotten so bad that I now ship my products in for service instead of coming here in person. The experience feels completely out of line with Apple’s standards. Disorganized, apathetic, and slow. Either the management doesn’t care or the employees are just burned out and over it.
This store genuinely drags down Apple’s image. If you value your time, avoid this location.

Just a waste of time every time we go in. Staff is not trained well and it will save you time and effort to just go to your carrier. Incredibly incompetent.

Made an appointment and sat there for 20 minutes and no one helped me or even contacted me. I saw one older Employee just sitting there doing nothing at a desk and three others walk by just talking doing nothing. It’s a 40 minute drive for me to get there and now I have to go back again because I refuse to wait any longer. Terrible service.

I have to give a big shout out to Christopher, Tay, Mike, and finally Jonathan. They made my experience so much better than going to verizon. I started off with Christopher. He was so patient explained everything to me about the phones that I needed. I came back a few times and he was ready to answer any questions. After that, I spoke to Tay, Mike and Jonathan, and they all helped me through the process made everything so easy for me. Literally just paid signed a few things and I was out of that store. I will forever be coming back to buy my phones here. I don’t know why I didn’t think about this beforehand, but I’m truly grateful for you guys. You guys do such a great job. Just know that we notice!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences dealing with these people. Bought a watch which I need no help setting up. Figured it would just be a pick up. I was placed in line with everyone trying to buy the new iPhone and get it set up. What should have been a 10 min pick up turned out to be over an hour wait for a 30 second exchange. Why even set appointments at all. May have turned me off Apple as a whole. Real Geniuses you guys got working here.
