Terrible experience. I came in previously for an iPhone battery replacement and was told the battery wasn't in stock. The store called me when it arrived and said I didn't need an appointment. What followed was nearly a 4-hour wait for what should be a 30–60 minute job for an experienced technician. Unacceptable.
