Just wanted to say what a great experience I had with your Park Meadows store. Having trouble with finger tip cracks. Work at two jobs that I have to wet and dry hands frequently. Use the hand relief but was looking for suggestions. Called and Spoke with Lisa R. and she was with a client but offered to call me back. Lisa called back quickly and we talked about products. Went to store and picked up composition oil. Lisa gave me samples of some other products to try as well. Very nice and knowledgeable. Signed me up for membership. Lisa is a keeper!

I love visiting this Aveda location. I go out of my way to shop here. One employee, Lacey is always making sure I know about the newest skin products and helps me find just what is right for me. Make sure to ask about balancing your chakras. Highly recommend!

Lisa and Alli (sorry for misspelling!) in the aveda park meadows shop were amazing! They turned what would have been a very frustrating situation into a positive outcome. I came to the shop to return 2 large liters I had purchased but ended up not using as I had smaller Aveda shampoo and conditioner that dried out my hair. I have adored aveda for a years. And when I say years I mean YEARS. Decades! For some reason the string of products I used prior were not complimentary to my hair. When I initiated the return I had ordered buy in line pick up in store and used Afterpay. The in-store system was in deep opposition to my return in what ended up not being able to return buy online pick up in store orders to a physical store. But these wonderful people persisted. And they helped me in a big way even asking me if I wanted samples before I left to see if a different product might work better. They gained back a customer who was frustrated with the products through their incredible service and kindness!!! WOW THANK YOU BOTH!

So glad I went in. My skin is glowing now. These are the best skin care products I have ever found. So gentle and hydrating without any leftover greasy residue all over my face. Now I feel clean and soft and fresh every day, all day.

I love Aveda and their products already, but this store really stands out! Everyone on their team is amazingly friendly and welcoming. Each time I come by, they teach me something, whether it's about a product or a way to do my hair. I so appreciate all the time and care they put in the past few years with me. I always feel so refreshed and relaxed after a visit. The complimentary tea definitely helps too! :)
